Claims (4)
- 弁室を有する弁本体に筒状のキャンの端部が突き合わせ溶接で密封接合されている流量制御弁であって、
弁体が設けられた弁軸と、
該弁軸が軸線方向に相対移動可能及び相対回転可能な状態で内挿されるとともに、前記弁本体に固定されたガイドステムと、を備え、
前記ガイドステムは、鍔状円板を介して前記弁本体の上端面部に固定されており、
前記鍔状円板は、該鍔状円板の外周部の一部を切り欠いた切り欠き部を有し、該切り欠き部を前記弁本体の上端面部内周側に溶接することで、前記ガイドステムを前記弁本体の所定位置に固定しており、
前記キャンは、前記弁本体に固定された前記鍔状円板の外周部に当接して、未溶接厚さを所定量残して前記弁本体に溶接されていることを特徴とする流量制御弁。 - 前記未溶接厚さが、前記キャンの板厚の10%〜80%の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流量制御弁。
- 前記突き合わせ溶接箇所において、前記キャンの板厚が前記弁本体の板厚より小さく設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の流量制御弁。
- 前記弁本体が、両端が開口した断面一定の筒状部材を有し、該筒状部材の端部に前記キャンの端部が突き合わせ溶接で接合されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の流量制御弁。
