Abstract
Description
本発明は、特に電気自動車またはハイブリッド自動車用の、電気機器の分野に関し、より具体的には、電気モータリゼーションシステムにおいてモータに接続されたインバータなどの、電気システムの過熱を防止するように実現された、流体冷却回路、特に液体の水を用いる流体冷却回路に関する。
公知のように、電気モータリゼーションシステムでは、多数の電気システム、特に電気モータに給電するインバータ、および前記電気モータのための、冷却手段を設ける必要がある。このために、従来技術によれば、流体冷却回路、特に液体の水を用いる流体冷却回路が、電気モータリゼーションシステムに組み込まれている。
より具体的には、本発明は、第1の冷却回路部分を含む第1のハウジングと第2の冷却回路部分を含む第2のハウジングとの2つのハウジングのアセンブリから成り、前記冷却回路部分は、流体を用いる冷却回路を形成するように構成されており、各ハウジングは、それぞれの冷却回路部分開口を含みかつ前記冷却回路の境界面を規定する平坦な面を有し、前記冷却回路部分は、前記平坦な面の間の平面−平面接触を介して流体接続されるように構成されており、前記開口は、実質的に互いに対向させて配置されている。
以下の説明において、電気モータ車両またはハイブリッドモータ車両に適用した場合において本発明を説明するが、この説明は、本発明の範囲を限定しない。
Claims (10)
- 第1の冷却回路部分を含む第1のハウジング(1)と、第2の冷却回路部分を含む第2のハウジング(2)との2つのハウジング(1,2)を含むアセンブリであって、前記冷却回路部分は、流体(F)を用いる冷却回路を形成するように構成されており、前記各ハウジング(1,2)は、それぞれの冷却回路部分の開口(11,12)を含みかつ前記冷却回路の境界面(INT)を規定する平坦な面を有し、前記冷却回路部分は、前記平坦な面の間の平面−平面接触を介して流体接続されるように構成されており、前記開口(11,12)は、実質的に互いに反対側に配置されている、2つのハウジング(1,2)を含むアセンブリ。
- 前記開口(11,12)のうちの一方は、冷却回路部分の入口(12)を形成しており、前記開口(11,12)のうちの他方は、冷却回路部分の出口(11)を形成しており、前記開口(11,12)のうちの少なくとも一方は、さらに、対応する前記平坦な面に配置された凹所(20,200)を有しており、該凹所(20,200)は、前記平坦な面が平面−平面接触しているとき前記凹所(20,200)の周縁部が前記開口(11,12)のうちの他方も包囲し、これにより、前記入口(12)および前記出口(11)がずれているときを含めて、2つの前記冷却回路部分の流体接続を提供するように、前記開口(11,12)から延びている、請求項1記載の2つのハウジング(1,2)を含むアセンブリ。
- 前記凹所(20,200)は、50mm2と1600mm2の間の面積を有するセクションを含む、請求項2記載の2つのハウジング(1,2)を含むアセンブリ。
- 前記凹所(20,200)は、流体流れを促進するために少なくとも1つの丸みづけられた縁部(201)を有する、請求項2または3記載の2つのハウジングを含むアセンブリ。
- 2つの前記ハウジング(1,2)のうちの一方は、DC-DC電圧コンバータを含み、他方のハウジング(1,2)は、インバータを含む、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の2つのハウジング(1,2)を含むアセンブリ。
- 2つの前記ハウジング(1,2)のうちの一方は、インバータを含み、他方のハウジング(1,2)は、電気モータを含む、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の2つのハウジング(1,2)を含むアセンブリ。
- 平面−平面接触させられる前記各面はそれぞれ、凹所(20,200)を有しており、該凹所(20,200)は、該凹所のそれぞれの周縁部が、前記第1の冷却回路部分の前記開口(11,12)と、前記第2の冷却回路部分の前記開口(11,12)との両方を包囲するように構成されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の2つのハウジング(1,2)を含むアセンブリ。
- 平面−平面接触させられる前記各面は、6.3μm未満の粗さを有する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の2つのハウジング(1,2)を含むアセンブリ。
- 前記平坦な面が平面−平面接触させられたときに前記開口(11,12)を包囲しかつ前記平坦な面の間で圧縮されるように構成されたシール(10)をさらに有する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の2つのハウジング(1,2)を含むアセンブリ。
- 前記第1の冷却回路部分および前記第2の冷却回路部分は、前記平面−平面接触を介してのみ流体接続されるように構成されている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の2つのハウジング(1,2)を含むアセンブリ。
