Abstract
【解決手段】ワーク情報認識システムは、ワークを載置可能なワーク載置具20と、ワーク載置具20に着脱可能に設けられる基準ブロック31と、基準ブロック31の情報を検出する情報検出部と、情報検出部から基準ブロック31の情報を受ける制御装置とを備える。制御装置は、基準ブロック31の情報と、ワークの情報との関係に関するデータを記憶する記憶部と、情報検出部により検出された基準ブロック31の情報を、記憶部に記憶されたデータに照らし合わせることにより、ワーク載置具20に載置されるワークの情報を認識する制御部とを有する。

このように構成されたワーク情報認識システムによれば、基準物体の耐久性を向上させることができる。
Claims (6)
- ワークを載置可能なワーク載置具と、
前記ワーク載置具に着脱可能に設けられる基準物体と、
前記基準物体の情報を検出する情報検出部と、
前記情報検出部から前記基準物体の情報を受ける制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記基準物体の情報と、ワークの情報との関係に関するデータを記憶する記憶部と、
前記情報検出部により検出された前記基準物体の情報を、前記記憶部に記憶されたデータに照らし合わせることにより、前記ワーク載置具に載置されるワークの情報を認識する制御部とを有する、ワーク情報認識システム。 - 前記基準物体の情報は、前記基準物体の大きさ、形状または位置に関する情報を含む、請求項1に記載のワーク情報認識システム。
- 前記ワークの情報は、前記ワークの大きさ、加工状態、加工方法または配置に関する情報を含む、請求項1または2に記載のワーク情報認識システム。
- 前記ワーク載置具は、ワークが挿入される複数の開口部が設けられるプレート材を含み、
前記プレート材には、互いに離れて配置される少なくとも3つの前記基準物体が設けられる、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のワーク情報認識システム。 - 前記基準物体は、立体である、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のワーク情報認識システム。
- 前記ワーク載置具に載置されるワークを搬送するワーク搬送部をさらに備え、
前記情報検出部は、前記ワーク搬送部に固定される、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のワーク情報認識システム。
