Abstract
【解決手段】金属製軸部材と、この金属製軸部材に軸方向に沿って連設される樹脂製軸部材とを備えた動力伝達シャフトである。樹脂製軸部材が繊維強化プラスチックで構成される。金属製軸部材と樹脂製軸部材とは、微細凹凸面に繊維強化プラスチックが流入固化してなる締結構造部を介して接合されている。

Claims (5)
- 金属製軸部材と、この金属製軸部材に軸方向に沿って連設される樹脂製軸部材とを備えた動力伝達シャフトであって、
前記樹脂製軸部材が繊維強化プラスチックで構成され、前記金属製軸部材と前記樹脂製軸部材とは、微細凹凸面に繊維強化プラスチックが流入固化してなる締結構造部を介して接合されていることを特徴とする動力伝達シャフト。 - 前記金属製軸部材の外表面に前記微細凹凸面が形成され、前記樹脂製軸部材が前記微細凹凸面に外嵌されて、前記金属製軸部材の外表面と前記樹脂製軸部材の内径面との間に前記締結構造部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の等速自在継手。
- 前記金属製軸部材に金属製筒体が外嵌固定され、この金属製筒体は外表面に前記微細凹凸面が形成され、前記樹脂製軸部材が前記微細凹凸面に外嵌されて、前記金属製筒体の外表面と前記樹脂製軸部材の内径面との間に締前記結構造部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の等速自在継手。
- 前記金属製軸部材と前記金属製筒体とが異種材にて構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の等速自在継手。
- 前記金属製軸部材と前記金属製筒体とが、凸部とその凸部に嵌合する相手部材の凹部との嵌合接触部位全域が密着する凹凸嵌合構造を介して接合されていることを特徴とする請求項3又は請求項4に記載の等速自在継手。
