Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 自動車の側部を構成するボディ骨格構造であって、
アウタパネルと、
前記アウタパネルとの間に第一方向に長尺な閉空間を形成するべく、前記アウタパネルと対向して配されたインナパネルと、
前記閉空間内に配された金属製の第一リーンフォースメントと、
前記閉空間内に配された樹脂製の第二リーンフォースメントと、
前記閉空間内に配された発泡材と、
を備え、
前記閉空間のうち前記第一方向の少なくとも一部範囲には、前記第一リーンフォースメントと前記第二リーンフォースメントとの間に前記発泡材を充填してなる三層構造体が配されている、
ことを特徴とするボディ骨格構造。 - 請求項1に記載のボディ骨格構造であって、
前記閉空間のうち前記第一方向の少なくとも一部範囲は、前記三層構造体によって2以上の区画に区分けされたハニカム構造を有する、ことを特徴とするボディ骨格構造。 - 請求項1または2に記載のボディ骨格構造であって、
前記インナパネルと前記アウタパネルは、前記自動車の高さ方向に延びるピラーを構成し、
さらに、前記閉空間内に配された金属製の第三リーンフォースメントを備え、
前記閉空間のうち前記第一方向の少なくとも一部範囲において、前記第三リーンフォースメントは、前記発泡材を挟んで、前記第一リーンフォースメントの反対側に配される、
ことを特徴とするボディ骨格構造。 - 請求項3に記載のボディ骨格構造であって、
前記閉空間のうち前記高さ方向の少なくとも一部範囲において、
前記第一リーンフォースメントは、ピラー幅方向中央が、前記第三リーンフォースメントに向かって突出した断面略ハット形であり、
前記発泡材は、前記第一リーンフォースメントの前記ハット形の天面部と、前記第三リーンフォースメントとの間隙を埋めている、
ことを特徴とするボディ骨格構造。 - 請求項4に記載のボディ骨格構造であって、
前記閉空間のうち前記高さ方向の少なくとも一部範囲において、
前記発泡材は、前記第一リーンフォースメントに沿った断面略ハット形を有しており、
前記第二リーンフォースメントは、前記発泡材の外面のうち、前記ハットの立ち上がり部を覆っている
ことを特徴とするボディ骨格構造。 - 請求項1または2に記載のボディ骨格構造であって、
前記インナパネルと前記アウタパネルは、前記自動車の前後方向に延びるレールを構成し、
前記閉空間のうち前記第一方向の少なくとも一部範囲において、前記第一リーンフォースメントは、そのレール幅方向中央が前記アウタパネルに向かって突出した断面略コップ形であり、前記発泡材および前記第二リーンフォースメントは、前記第一リーンフォースメントのコップ形の凹部内に配されている、
ことを特徴とするボディ骨格構造。
