Abstract
Description
各試験タイヤをリムサイズ17×10.0Jのホイールに組み付けて、空気圧を240kPaとして試験車両(四輪駆動車)に装着し、舗装路面において30000kmを走行し、走行後の摩耗量を測定した。評価結果は、従来例1の測定値の逆数を100とする指数にて示した。この指数値が大きいほど摩耗量が小さく耐摩耗性に優れることを意味する。

Claims (9)
- タイヤ周方向に延在して環状をなすトレッド部と、該トレッド部の両側に配置された一対のサイドウォール部と、これらサイドウォール部のタイヤ径方向内側に配置された一対のビード部とを備えた空気入りタイヤにおいて、
前記トレッド部に、タイヤ周方向に延びる複数本の縦溝と、タイヤ幅方向に延びる複数本の横溝と、これら縦溝および横溝によって区画される複数個のブロックとが形成され、
前記複数個のブロックのうちタイヤ幅方向最外側に位置する最外側ブロックを含むタイヤ幅方向に隣り合う少なくとも3個のブロックと、これらブロック間に位置する少なくとも2本の縦溝とが、前記横溝の溝底から隆起して平坦な頂面を備えて前記少なくとも3個のブロックに対してタイヤ周方向両側に突き出る形状を有するプラットホーム上に存在しており、
前記最外側ブロックに隣接する縦溝の溝底に該縦溝の溝底から隆起した底上げ部が設けられ、前記最外側ブロックと該最外側ブロックに隣り合うブロックとが前記底上げ部によって連結されていることを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記プラットホームの前記横溝の溝底からの高さが前記横溝の最大溝深さの5%〜25%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記プラットホームの投影面積に対する該プラットホーム上に存在するブロックの踏面の総面積の割合が55%〜75%であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記プラットホームの少なくとも一部が、前記横溝の溝底と前記プラットホームの頂面との間に1段以上の段差を備えた階段状の構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記プラットホームの少なくとも一箇所に、先端が縦溝に対して侵入するV字形状を有する切れ込み部が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記切れ込み部の先端の角度αが5°〜120°であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記底上げ部のタイヤ周方向長さが、該底上げ部が設けられた縦溝の周方向長さの35%〜75%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記底上げ部をブロック踏面側から見たとき、該底上げ部のタイヤ周方向の両端部がそれぞれV字状に窪むように屈曲しており、その屈曲角度βが60°〜170°であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記底上げ部の前記縦溝の溝底からの高さが、該底上げ部が形成された縦溝の最大溝深さの35%〜75%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
