Claims (11)
- 二酸化炭素ガスの収着能力を有する非水溶性の二酸化炭素収着材粒子を担持したハニカムロータを、少なくとも収着ゾーンと脱着ゾーンを有する夫々シールされたケーシング内に収納回転させ、収着ゾーンにてハニカムの湿った状態で二酸化炭素を含む混合ガスと接触させて気化冷却しながら二酸化炭素を収着する工程と、脱着ゾーンでは二酸化炭素を収着したハニカムに水蒸気を導入して、高濃度の二酸化炭素を脱着させる工程とを含む、二酸化炭素ガスの回収濃縮方法。
- 二酸化炭素ガスの収着能力を有する非水溶性の二酸化炭素収着材粒子を担持したハニカムロータを、少なくとも収着ゾーンと脱着ゾーンを有する夫々シールされたケーシング内に収納回転可能にし、収着ゾーンにてハニカムの湿った状態で二酸化炭素を含む相対湿度100%以下の混合ガスと接触させて気化冷却しながら二酸化炭素を収着するようにし、脱着ゾーンには水蒸気を通すようにした、二酸化炭素ガス回収濃縮装置。
- 前記非水溶性の二酸化炭素収着材がアミン系イオン交換樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項2の二酸化炭素ガス回収濃縮装置。
- 前記の二酸化炭素収着材がアミンを担持した固体吸着材であることを特徴とする請求項2の二酸化炭素ガス回収濃縮装置。
- 前記ハニカムロータに担持した前記二酸化炭素収着材粒子の粒子径が1mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項2の二酸化炭素ガス回収濃縮装置。
- 二酸化炭素ガスの吸着能力を有する非水溶性の収着材で構成したロータの、ロータの回転方向に対し、収着ゾーン及び脱着ゾーンの境目の、何れか一方または両方に注水スクリーンパージゾーンを設けた請求項2の二酸化炭素ガス回収濃縮装置。
- 前記ロータの回転方向に対し、収着ゾーンと脱着ゾーンの間に設けた注水スクリーンパージゾーンの手前にエアブローによるプレ乾燥ゾーンを設けたことを特徴とする請求項6の二酸化炭素ガス回収濃縮装置。
- 前記注水スクリーンパージゾーンからの排水を回収し、再度注水スクリーンパージゾーン及び、または水蒸気発生槽に給水する請求項6、7記載のガス回収濃縮装置。
- 前記ロータが、ガラス繊維等無機繊維主体のPET繊維などプラスチック繊維を含む多孔質ペーパを基材としたハニカムに、固体アミン微粒子を担持させたハニカムロータであることを特徴とする請求項2〜6記載のガス回収濃縮装置。
- 前記ロータが、金属箔又は合成樹脂シート等シート材料の表裏に、耐熱、耐水性の接着剤を介して、粒状のイオン交換樹脂または、アミン系二酸化炭素吸収剤を添着した吸着材粒子の接着されたシートをコルゲート加工し、さらに巻き付け又は積層したロータであることを特徴とする、請求項2〜6記載のガス回収濃縮装置。
- 原料ガスの前処理にて水スクラバー及び脱硫装置にて処理した後、ハニカムロータに投入する前の前処理として、廃熱利用型吸収式冷凍機、吸着式冷凍機にて発生させた冷熱で20℃以下に冷却除湿して処理することを特徴とする請求項3〜10記載の二酸化炭素ガス回収濃縮装置。
