Claims (8)
- シーリングシートの縁部を接合するように設計された自動溶接装置(1)を駆動するための駆動システム(2)であって、
前記自動溶接装置(1)は、
互いに対向して縦方向に配置された少なくとも2つのプレス/前進ローラ(3、4)と、
前記プレス/前進ローラ(3、4)のうちの少なくとも1つのための電気駆動モータ(5)と、
前記駆動モータ(5)の下流に接続された伝達ギア機構(6)と、
を備え、
上部プレス/前進ローラ(3)が前記自動溶接装置(1)のテンションアーム(7)の上部ローラ回転軸(8)の周りに回転可能に配設されており、
下部プレス/前進ローラ(4)が前記自動溶接装置(1)のフレーム(9)の下部ローラ回転軸(10)の周りに回転可能に配設されており、
前記テンションアーム(7)は、前記自動溶接装置の前記フレーム(9)のテンションアーム軸(11)の周りに枢動可能に装着されており、
前記フレームは、少なくとも2つの駆動ローラ(12、13)によって支持されており、
前記駆動モータ(5)及び前記伝達ギア機構(6)は、前記フレーム(9)に堅固に取り付けられており、
前記駆動モータ(5)は、突出する回転シャフト(14)を中心に回転するモータ電機子を備え、
前記伝達ギア機構(6)は、回転可能に突出する入力シャフト(15)及び回転可能に突出する出力シャフト(16)を備え、
前記テンションアーム軸(11)、前記ローラ回転軸(8、10)、前記回転シャフト(14)、前記入力シャフト(15)、及び前記出力シャフト(16)は、互いに平行に配設されており、
前記モータ電機子の前記回転シャフト(14)及び前記伝達ギア機構(6)の前記出力シャフト(16)が互いに隣接して延びていると共に、互いに横方向にずれており、
少なくとも前記出力シャフト(16)が前記テンションアーム(7)の前記テンションアーム軸(11)のレベルに配設されていることを特徴とする駆動システム(2)。 - 前記モータ電機子の前記回転シャフト(14)及び前記伝達ギア機構(6)の少なくとも前記出力シャフト(16)が、前記少なくとも2つの駆動ローラ(12、13)を含む平面に平行な平面内に配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の駆動システム。
- 前記伝達ギア機構(6)の前記出力シャフト(16)が、前記テンションアーム軸(11)に対して同軸上に配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の駆動システム。
- 前記伝達ギア機構(6)の前記出力シャフト(16)が、前記テンションアーム軸(11)と位置合わせされて配設されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の駆動システム。
- 前記伝達ギア機構(6)の前記出力シャフト(16)が、前記テンションアーム軸(11)を形成するシャフト延出部(17)を備えることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の駆動システム。
- 前記モータ電機子が、出力側で前記駆動モータ(5)のモータハウジング(18)を貫通して突出する回転シャフト(14)を備え、前記駆動モータ(5)の前記回転シャフト(14)の突出端部及びギア機構ハウジング(24)を貫通して突出する前記伝達ギア機構(6)の前記入力シャフト(15)の端部が各々滑車(19)を備え、前記滑車が、平面内で互いに隣接して配設され、駆動ベルト(20)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の駆動システム。
- 前記下部プレス/前進ローラ(4)及び/又は前記上部プレス/前進ローラ(3)が、駆動中間ギア機構(21)を介して、前記伝達ギア機構(6)の前記出力シャフト(16)又は前記伝達ギア機構(6)の前記出力シャフト(16)の前記シャフト延出部(17)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の駆動システム。
- 熱可塑性材料から作製されたシーリングシートの縁部を接合するための自動溶接装置(1)であって、少なくとも1つのプレス/前進ローラ(3、4)と、前記プレス/前進ローラ(3、4)のための電気駆動モータ(5)と、前記駆動モータ(5)の下流に接続された伝達ギア機構(6)と、を備え、プレス/前進ローラ(3)は、前記自動溶接装置(1)のテンションアーム(7)のローラ回転軸(8)の周りに回転可能に配設されており、前記テンションアーム(7)は、駆動ローラ(12、13)によって支持された前記自動溶接装置(1)のフレーム(9)のテンションアーム軸(11)の周りに枢動可能に装着されており、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の駆動システム(2)によって特徴付けられる、自動溶接装置(1)。
