在符合发明要求的自动焊接机驱动布置方式中,电枢的旋转轴和传动齿轮的从动轴彼此并排、侧面错开且带有间距,其中至少从动轴被安装在张力臂轴的高度上。因此,在自动焊接机的正常工作位置上,从动轴和张力臂轴位于相同的水平高度。在这里,电枢旋转轴和传动齿轮的从动轴最好水平并排。因此,优先选择让电枢旋转轴和传动齿轮的主动轴以及从动轴与张力臂轴位于相同的高度上,与框架的两个脚轮构造出的平面相对。换句话说,根据发明要求,电枢的旋转轴和传动齿轮的从动轴是不同轴的。此外,这还造成了,在符合发明要求的驱动装置布置方式中,至少下部压紧/进给辊的转轴被布置在电枢旋转轴和至少传动齿轮主动轴所构成的平面之外。这不仅适用于主动轴,而且最好也应用在传动齿轮的从动轴上。由此可得到一个结构紧凑的自动焊接机,里面的传动齿轮从动轴特别靠近张力臂轴或者直接就在张力臂轴中。
在符合发明要求的驱动布置方式的一个优选实施形式中,电枢的旋转轴和至少传动齿轮的从动轴位于一个与由至少两个脚轮撑开的平面平行的平面中。
此外,在本发明的一个有利的实施形式中,传动齿轮的从动轴与张力臂轴是同轴的。这让从动轴和张力臂轴之间具有特别简单的抗扭连接。更有利的是,传动齿轮的从动轴与张力臂轴对齐成直线。
在符合发明要求的驱动布置方式的一个实施形式中,传动齿轮的从动轴优先地进行了延长,延长部分作为张力臂轴。轴的延长部分就在从动轴上成型,因此是从动轴的完整组成部分。这样就可以取消单独的张力臂轴,有利于装配。
在本发明的一个优选变型中,电枢有一个在从动端突出于驱动电机壳体的旋转轴,在这里,驱动电机旋转轴的突出的末端和传动齿轮主动轴的突出于齿轮箱的末端各有一个皮带轮,这两个皮带轮在一个平面中并排布置且通过传动带相连。
在符合发明要求的驱动布置方式的另一个有利的变型中,下部压紧/进给辊和/或者上部压紧/进给辊通过一个中间驱动齿轮(例如连接转轴)与传动齿轮的从动轴或者与传动齿轮从动轴的延长轴相连。
符合发明要求的用于对热塑性材料制成的土工膜进行边缘连接的自动焊接机,包含至少一个压紧/进给辊、一台压紧/进给辊驱动电机和一个在驱动电机下游的传动齿轮,其中压紧/进给辊安装在自动焊接机张力臂上,可围绕一个辊旋转轴转动,而张力臂安装在自动焊接机的由脚轮支撑的框架上的轴承中,可围绕一个张力臂轴旋转,这种自动焊接机具有上述的驱动布置形式。符合发明要求的自动焊接机的一个有利的实施形式,至少包含两个彼此垂直相对的压紧/进给辊,其中至少有一个上部压紧/进给辊被安装在自动焊接机张力臂上且可围绕上部辊转轴旋转;并且有一个下部压紧/进给辊被安装在自动焊接机框架上且可围绕下部辊转轴旋转。
本发明的优点在于,齿轮塔内取消了之前重负荷的双排链条,一些寿命短、采购价格高的易损件(例如链条和链轮)被寿命长、采购价格低的易损件取代,实现了较低的自动焊接机高度和优化利用了结构空间。这种特别紧凑的结构尤其可通过将齿轮的从动轴直接安装在张力臂轴中实现。

下面将通过附图所示的一个实施例来进一步阐释本发明。下面对发明实施例的介绍配合权利要求和附图可得出本发明的其它特征。附图内容为:

图2示出了图1中自动焊接机的透视图,以焊接时运行方向上自动焊接机的右侧和后部为视角;
图3示出了图1中自动焊接机的透视图,以焊接时运行方向上自动焊接机的左侧和前部为视角;
图4示出了图1中自动焊接机的侧视图,以焊接时运行方向上自动焊接机的左侧为视角。
具体实施方式
图1至图4是配有符合发明要求的自动焊接机1驱动布置形式2的、用于对图中未显示出来的土工膜进行边缘连接的自动焊接机1的图解。该自动焊接机1具有两个彼此垂直相对的压紧/进给辊3、4、一个用于至少压紧/进给辊3、4之一的驱动电机5和一个在驱动电机5下游的传动齿轮6,并且在自动焊接机1的张力臂7上安装有一个可围绕上部辊转轴8转动的上部压紧/进给辊3,在自动焊接机1的框架9上安装有一个可围绕下部辊转轴10转动的下部压紧/进给辊4。
张力臂7安装在自动焊接机1框架9的轴承中,可围绕张力臂轴11转动。框架9本身由两个稍长形的脚轮12、13(图4)支撑,其中,脚轮12安装在自动焊接机1运行方向前部,脚轮13安装在自动焊接机1运行方向后部。驱动电机5和传动齿轮6刚性固定在框架上9,其中,驱动电机5上有一个可绕着突出的旋转轴14旋转、在图中不可见的电枢,传动齿轮6具有一个可转动的伸出的主动轴15以及一个可转动的伸出的从动轴16。旋转轴14和主动轴15在图2中可见,从动轴16在图1、3和4中可见。
张力臂轴11、辊转轴8和10、旋转轴14、主动轴15和从动轴16彼此平行,其中,驱动电机5的电枢旋转轴14和传动齿轮6的从动轴16彼此并排、侧面错开。在这里,传动齿轮6的从动轴15,在图1至4所示的自动焊接机1的正常工作位置上垂直延伸到张力臂7的轴11的高度。在这一工作位置中,驱动电机5的旋转轴14和传动齿轮6的从动轴16水平并排。在图示的实施例中,驱动电机5的旋转轴14和传动齿轮6的主动轴15以及从动轴16与张力臂轴11位于相同的高度上,与框架9的两个脚轮12、13构造出的平面相对。因此,旋转轴14和传动齿轮6的从动轴16是不同轴的。结果是,在符合发明要求的驱动布置形式2中,下部压紧/进给辊4的下部辊转轴10被安装在由驱动电机5电枢的旋转轴14和传动齿轮6的主动轴15所构成的平面之外。此外,在图示的驱动布置形式2的实施例中,上部压紧/进给辊3的上部辊转轴8也被安装在由驱动电机5电枢的旋转轴14和传动齿轮6的主动轴15所构成的平面之外。在这里,驱动电机5的旋转轴14和传动齿轮6的主动轴15所构成的平面延伸到压紧/进给辊3、4的辊转轴8、10上方,也延伸到相应的上部或下部压紧/进给辊3或4上方。
在所示的驱动布置方式2中,驱动电机5电枢的旋转轴14和至少传动齿轮6的从动轴16,都位于与至少两个脚轮12、13所构成的平面平行的平面中。此外,在图示说明的本发明的优选实施形式中,传动齿轮6的从动轴16与张力臂7的张力臂轴11同轴,并且更为有利的是与张力臂轴11对齐成直线。从动轴16和张力臂7的张力臂轴11直接抗扭相连。同时,传动齿轮6的从动轴16有一个图3可见的延长轴16,在从动轴16上成型作为张力臂轴11。
如图2可见,驱动电机5的电枢有一个在从动端突出于驱动电机5壳体18的旋转轴14,在这里,驱动电机5旋转轴14的突出的末端和传动齿轮6主动轴15的突出于齿轮箱24的末端各有一个皮带轮19,这两个皮带轮在一个平面中并排布置且通过传动带20传力相连。
如图1、3、4可见,在所示的驱动布置方式2中,下部压紧/进给辊4和上部压紧/进给辊3通过中间驱动齿轮21相连,该齿轮在输入端与张力臂轴11或者延长的从动轴16相连。中间驱动齿轮21是一个齿轮传动装置,中间驱动齿轮21的两个齿轮22分别由一个连接转轴23支承,传动齿轮6从动轴16的旋转运动由这两个齿轮通过图中不可见的传递途径传递到上部压紧/进给辊3的上部辊转轴8,或传递到下部压紧/进给辊4的下部辊转轴10上。

Claims (6)

1.用于驱动自动焊接机(1)的驱动装置(2),所述焊接机为对土工膜进行边缘连接的自动焊接机,所述自动焊接机(1)至少包含两个彼此垂直相对的压紧/进给辊(3,4)、一个用于至少两个压紧/进给辊(3,4)之一的驱动电机(5)和一个驱动电机(5)下游的传动齿轮(6),和一个安装在自动焊接机(1)张力臂(7)上的可围绕一个上部辊旋转轴(8)转动的上部压紧/进给辊(3)以及一个安装在自动焊接机(1)框架(9)上的可围绕一个下部辊旋转轴(10)转动的下部压紧/进给辊(4),其中张力臂(7)安装在自动焊接机框架(9)的轴承中,可围绕张力臂轴(11)旋转,框架由至少两个脚轮(12,13)支撑,驱动电机(5)和传动齿轮(6)刚性固定在框架(9)上,其中驱动电机(5)具有一个围绕突出的旋转轴(14)旋转的电枢,传动齿轮(6)具有一个可转动的伸出的主动轴(15)以及一个可转动的伸出的从动轴(16),其中张力臂轴(11)、上部辊旋转轴(8)、下部辊转轴(10)、旋转轴(14)、主动轴(15)和从动轴(16)都是彼此平行的,该焊接机的特点是,电枢的旋转轴(14)和传动齿轮(6)的从动轴(16)彼此并排、侧面错开,其中,至少从动轴(16)被安装在张力臂(7)的张力臂轴(11)的高度上,且传动齿轮(6)的从动轴(16)与张力臂轴(11)同轴。
2.根据权利要求1所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,电枢的旋转轴(14)和至少传动齿轮(6)的从动轴(16)都位于与至少两个脚轮(12,13)所构成的平面平行的平面中。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,传动齿轮(6)的从动轴(16)有一段延长轴(17)作为张力臂轴(11)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,电枢有一个在从动端突出于驱动电机(5)壳体(18)的旋转轴(14),驱动电机(5)旋转轴(14)的突出的末端和传动齿轮(6)主动轴(15)的突出于齿轮箱(24)的末端各有一个皮带轮(19),这两个皮带轮在一个平面中并排布置且通过传动带(20)相连。
5.根据权利要求3所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,下部压紧/进给辊(4)和/或上部压紧/进给辊(3)通过一个中间驱动齿轮(21)与传动齿轮(6)的从动轴(16)或者与传动齿轮(6)从动轴(16)的延长轴(17)相连。
6.用于对热塑性材料制成的土工膜进行边缘连接的自动焊接机(1),其特征在于,所述自动焊接机具有根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的驱动装置(2)。
