Claims (19)
- 電池モジュールのプリント回路基板(PCB)と電池セルの電極端子に取設されたバスバーとを相互連結する部材であって、
(a)複数本の銅線を有するフレキシブルフラットケーブル(FFC)からなるメインケーブルと、
(b)前記メインケーブルの銅線のうちの少なくとも一本に電気的に連結された構造にメインケーブルから分枝されており、電池セルの電圧のセンシングのためにバスバーに連結される複数の端子部と、
(c)前記メインケーブルの一方の側の端部に形成されており、プリント回路基板(PCB)に電気的及び機械的に結合されるコネクティング部と、
(d)前記メインケーブルの銅線のうちの少なくとも一本を共有する形態で、コネクティング部と隣り合うメインケーブルから分枝されている少なくとも一つの温度センシング部と、
を備え、
前記(b)乃至(d)のうちの2以上は、フレキシブルフラットケーブル(FFC)からなることを特徴とする相互連結部材。 - 前記メインケーブルにおいて端子部及び温度センシング部のそれぞれと共有される銅線が互いに対して短絡されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の相互連結部材。

メインケーブルの少なくとも一本の銅線を共有する形態でメインケーブルから延在した第1の延在部と、
前記第1の延在部と電気的に連結された状態で第1の延在部の端部に形成されているセラミックサーミスターと、
を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の相互連結部材。 - 前記第1の延在部は、フレキシブルフラットケーブル(FFC)からなり、前記セラミックサーミスターは、電池セルの外面に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の相互連結部材。

を備えることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の電池モジュール。 - メインケーブルがモジュール積層体の外面に沿って絶縁フィルム又は粘着剤によって貼り付けられた構造で相互連結部材がモジュール積層体に固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項16に記載の電池モジュールを備えるデバイス。
