Abstract
Description
実施例1
人造黒鉛(粒径:20μm)、Super−P、カルボキシメチルセルロース、SBRを95.8:1:1.2:2の重量比でN−メチルピロリドンと混合して第1負極合剤スラリー製造した。次に、上記負極スラリーを14μmの厚さで銅ホイル上にコーティングして薄い極板の形態にした後、135℃で3時間以上乾燥し、5MPaの圧力で圧延して第1負極活物質を形成した。
レーザー出力を4W、速度を2,500mm/sにしたことを除いて、実施例1と同様の方式で負極を製造した。得られた負極の断面写真を図3bに示したが、図面から第1活物質層と第2活物質層との間の界面を確認できる。

Claims (10)
- 電極集電体の一面または両面のそれぞれに二層の活物質層が塗布されている二次電池用電極であって、
電極集電体;前記集電体上に塗布されている第1活物質層;及び前記第1活物質層上に塗布されている第2活物質層;を含み、
前記第1活物質層に複数の溝が形成され、前記溝が第2活物質層で満たされている二次電池用電極。 - 前記溝が、2〜60μmの直径を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用電極。
- 前記溝が、2〜60μmの深さを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用電極。
- 前記溝が、半球、または、複数の花びらを有する花様形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用電極。
- 前記溝が、前記第1活物質層で占める表面積の比率が1〜50%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用電極。
- 集電体の一面または両面に2つの活物質層が形成されている二次電池用電極の製造方法であって、
(i)第1活物質層を形成するための第1電極合剤スラリーを用意して、電極集電体に前記第1電極合剤スラリーをコーティングし乾燥する段階;
(ii)圧延して第1活物質層を形成する段階;
(iii)第1活物質層に溝を形成する段階;
(v)第2活物質層を形成するための第2電極合剤スラリーを用意して、前記第2電極合剤スラリーを第1活物質層にコーティングし乾燥する段階;及び
(v)圧延する段階;を含む二次電池用電極の製造方法。 - 前記第1活物質層の溝がレーザーアブレーションによって形成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の二次電池用電極の製造方法。
- 前記レーザーが、IRレーザー、エキシマレーザー、YAGレーザーまたはCO2レーザーであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の二次電池用電極の製造方法。
- 前記レーザーが、0.1〜20Wの出力を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の二次電池用電極の製造方法。
- 前記レーザーアブレーションが、2,500mm/s以下の速度で行われることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の二次電池用電極の製造方法。
