Claims (15)
- 特に自動車の燃料タンク(2)内の、タンク内部配管系(1)であって、該タンク内部配管系(1)が、パイプ壁(3)によって包囲される流体通路を有し、該パイプ壁(3)が少なくとも3つの層からなり、芳香族ポリアミドベースの、特にポリフタルアミド(PPA)ベースのアウター層(5)が設けられており、ポリアミドベースの、特に脂肪族のポリアミドベースの中間層(6)が設けられており、芳香族ポリアミドベースの、特にポリフタルアミド(PPA)ベースのインナー層(7)が設けられており、かつ前記タンク内部配管系(1)の全壁厚が0.5mmから3.5mm、好ましくは0.6mmから3mm、かつ好ましくは0.6mmから2.5mmである、タンク内部配管系。
- 前記アウター層(5)が、少なくとも80重量%、好ましくは少なくとも85重量%の、かつ特に好ましくは少なくとも90重量%の芳香族ポリアミドから、特にポリフタルアミドからなる、請求項1に記載のタンク内部配管系。
- 前記アウター層(5)が、0.1mmから1.3mmの、好ましくは0.2mmから1.2mmの、かつ特に好ましくは0.2mmから1mmの層厚を有している、請求項1又は2に記載のタンク内部配管系。
- 前記中間層(6)が、少なくとも80重量%の、好ましくは少なくとも85重量%の、かつ特に好ましくは少なくとも90重量%のポリアミドもしくは脂肪族ポリアミドからなる、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のタンク内部配管系。
- 前記中間層(6)が、ポリアミド6ベースで形成されている、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のタンク内部配管系。
- 前記中間層(6)が、0.1mmから1.3mmの、好ましくは0.2mmから1.2mmの、そして特に好ましくは0.2mmから1mmの層厚を有している、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のタンク内部配管系。
- 前記インナー層(7)が、少なくとも80重量%、好ましくは少なくとも85重量%、そして特に90重量%の芳香族ポリアミドから、特にポリフタルアミドからなる、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のタンク内部配管系。
- 前記インナー層(7)が、0.1mmから1.3mmの、好ましくは0.2mmから1.2mmの、そして特に好ましくは0.2mmから1mmの、層厚を有している、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のタンク内部配管系。
- 前記インナー層(7)及び/又は前記中間層(6)及び/又は前記アウター層(5)が、電気的に導通するように形成されている、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のタンク内部配管系。
- 前記アウター層(5)、前記中間層(6)及び前記インナー層(7)を備えた3層のみを有している、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のタンク内部配管系。
- 前記中間層(6)が前記アウター層(5)よりも厚く、かつ/又は前記インナー層(7)よりも厚い、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載のタンク内部配管系。
- 前記アウター層が少なくとも1つの付着層を介して前記中間層と結合されており、かつ/又は、前記中間層が少なくとも1つの付着層を介して前記インナー層と結合されている、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載のタンク内部配管系。
- 前記タンク内部配管系(1)が、前記タンク内に、特に自動車の前記燃料タンク(2)内に配置されたポンプと接続されている、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載のタンク内部配管系。
- 前記タンク内部配管系(1)が、少なくとも領域的に波形パイプの形状で形成されている、請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載のタンク内部配管系。
- タンク、特に自動車用の燃料タンク(2)であって、該タンクの内部空間内に配置されている、請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載の、少なくとも1つのタンク内部配管系(1)を有する、タンク。
