发明内容

1.一种罐体,特别是用于机动车辆的燃料罐(2),包括至少一个罐体内管(1),所述罐体内管(1)设置在所述罐体的内部,其中,所述罐体内管(1)具有由管壁(3)围绕的流体导管,所述管壁(3)包含至少三层,外层(5)基于芳族聚酰胺,特别是基于聚邻苯二甲酰胺(PPA),中间层(6)基于聚酰胺,特别是脂族聚酰胺,内层(7)基于芳族聚酰胺,特别是基于聚邻苯二甲酰胺(PPA),并且所述罐体内管(1)的总壁厚总计为0.5mm至3.5mm,优选为0.6mm至3mm,特别优选为0.6mm至2.5mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的罐体,其特征在于,所述罐体内管(1)的所述外层(5)包含至少80wt%,优选至少85wt%,特别优选至少90wt%的芳族聚酰胺,特别是聚邻苯二甲酰胺。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的罐体,其特征在于,所述罐体内管(1)的所述外层(5)的厚度为0.1mm至1.3mm,优选为0.2mm至1.2mm,特别优选为0.2mm至1mm。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的罐体,其特征在于,所述罐体内管(1)的所述中间层(6)包含至少80wt%,优选至少85wt%,特别优选至少90wt%的聚酰胺和/或脂族聚酰胺。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的罐体,其特征在于,所述罐体内管(1)的所述中间层(6)基于聚酰胺(6)形成。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的罐体,其特征在于,所述罐体内管(1)的所述中间层(6)的厚度为0.1mm至1.3mm,优选为0.2mm至1.2mm,特别优选为0.2mm至1mm。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的罐体,其特征在于,所述罐体内管(1)的所述内层(7)包含至少80wt%,优选至少85wt%,特别优选至少90wt%的芳族聚酰胺,特别是聚邻苯二甲酰胺。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的罐体,其特征在于,所述罐体内管(1)的所述内层(7)的厚度为0.1mm至1.3mm,优选为0.2mm至1.2mm,特别优选为0.2mm至1mm。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的罐体,其特征在于,所述罐体内管(1)的所述内层(7)和/或所述中间层(6)和/或所述外层(5)都设计为导电的。
10.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的罐体,其特征在于,所述罐体内管(1)只具有三层,包括所述外层(5)、所述中间层(6)和所述内层(7)。
11.根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的罐体,其特征在于,所述罐体内管(1)的所述中间层(6)比所述外层(5)更厚和/或比所述内层(7)更厚。
12.根据权利要求1至9或11中任一项所述的罐体,其特征在于,所述罐体内管(1)的所述外层(5)通过至少一个粘合层粘合到所述中间层(6),和/或所述罐体内管(1)的所述中间层(6)通过至少一个粘合层粘合到所述内层(7)。
13.根据权利要求1至12中任一项所述的罐体,其特征在于,所述罐体内管(1)连接到泵,所述泵布置在所述罐体中,特别地,布置在机动车辆的燃料罐(2)中。
14.根据权利要求1至13中任一项所述的罐体,其特征在于,所述罐体内管(1)设计为在至少一些区域为波纹管的形式。
Claims (15)
1.一种罐体内管(1),特别是在机动车辆的燃料罐(2)中的管(1),其中,所述管(1)具有由管壁(3)围绕的流体导管,所述管壁(3)由至少三层组成,外层(5)基于芳族聚酰胺,特别是基于聚邻苯二甲酰胺(PPA),中间层(6)基于聚酰胺,特别是基于脂族聚酰胺,内层(7)基于芳族聚酰胺,特别是基于聚邻苯二甲酰胺(PPA),并且所述管(1)的总壁厚在0.5mm和3.5mm之间,优选地,在0.6mm和3mm之间,最优选地,在0.6mm和2.5mm之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的罐体内管,其特征在于,所述外层(5)由至少80wt%,优选至少85wt%,最优选至少90wt%的芳族聚酰胺,特别是聚邻苯二甲酰胺组成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的罐体内管,其特征在于,所述外层(5)的层厚度为0.1mm至1.3mm,优选为0.2mm至1.2mm,最优选为0.2mm至1mm。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的罐体内管,其特征在于,所述中间层(6)由至少80wt%,优选至少85wt%,最优选至少90wt%的聚酰胺或脂族聚酰胺组成。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的罐体内管,其特征在于,所述中间层(6)基于聚酰胺6。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的罐体内管,其特征在于,所述中间层(6)的层厚度为0.1mm至1.3mm,优选为0.2mm至1.2mm,最优选为0.2mm至1mm。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的罐体内管,其特征在于,所述内层(7)由至少80wt%,优选至少85wt%,优选至少90wt%的芳族聚酰胺,特别是聚邻苯二甲酰胺组成。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的罐体内管,其特征在于,所述内层(7)的层厚度为0.1mm至1.3mm,优选为0.2mm至1.2mm,优选为0.2mm至1mm。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的罐体内管,其特征在于,所述内层(7)和/或所述中间层(6)和/或所述外层(5)都是导电的。
10.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的罐体内管,其特征在于,所述管(1)只具有三层,即所述外层(5)、所述中间层(6)和所述内层(7)。
11.根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的罐体内管,其特征在于,所述中间层(6)比所述外层(5)更厚和/或比所述内层(7)更厚。
12.根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的罐体内管,其特征在于,所述外层通过至少一个粘合层连接到所述中间层,和/或所述中间层通过至少一个粘合层连接到所述内层。
13.根据权利要求1至12中任一项所述的罐体内管,其特征在于,所述管(1)连接到泵,所述泵布置在罐体中,特别地,布置在机动车辆的燃料罐(2)中。
14.根据权利要求1至13中任一项所述的罐体内管,其特征在于,所述管(1)至少部分地以波纹管的形式设置。
15.一种罐体,特别是用于机动车辆的燃料罐(2),在所述罐体的内部空间中具有至少一个根据权利要求1至14中任一项所述的罐体内管(1)。
