本发明涉及散热器配件技术领域,特别是一种散热器胶管配方,按照质量份数计包括以下组分:三元乙丙橡胶50-60份,甲基乙烯基硅橡胶生胶25-40份,苯基硅油2.3-4.1份,氟橡胶12-18份,白炭黑8-15份,硬脂酸3.5-6.8份,碳酸钙4-10份,活性氧化锌1.8-3.9份,氢氧化铝5-12份。采用上述配方后,本发明制成的散热器胶管三元乙丙橡胶具有很强的亲和力,因此补强效果好、能增强胶料的伸长强度;另外,本发明的成分成本低,工艺简单,对环境无污染。

本发明涉及散热器配件技术领域,特别是一种散热器胶管配方。
背景技术
目前,在各种发动机中,尤其是汽车发动机上使用的散热器胶管,通常是由内、中、外三层构成,一般内、外层为橡胶层,中间层为尼龙或人造丝中间织物层。但是这种散热器胶管耐压强度不高,使用寿命短。因此市面上出现了一种补强剂散热器胶管,它一般用炭黑N550混炼如原材料胶料中,来达到提高胶管耐压强度的效果。但是这种炭黑N550补强剂价格样柜,使散热器胶管的生产成本提高。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐高温的散热器胶管配方。
为解决上述的技术问题,本发明的散热器胶管配方,按照质量份数计包括以下组分:三元乙丙橡胶50-60份,甲基乙烯基硅橡胶生胶25-40份,苯基硅油2.3-4.1份,氟橡胶12-18份,白炭黑8-15份,硬脂酸3.5-6.8份,碳酸钙4-10份,活性氧化锌1.8-3.9份,氢氧化铝5-12份。
