Abstract
在机动车辆中,用作温度控制管的管的使用,其中温度控制介质穿过所述管。所述管由外至内包括下面的层结构:至少一种聚烯烃的外层;第一粘合层;至少一种聚酰胺的隔层;第二粘合层;至少一种聚烯烃的内层。管的总壁厚是0.5至3.5mm。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及在机动车辆中用作温度控制管,特别是冷却剂管的管的使用,其中温度控制介质通过该管。这种温度控制管优选地应用于机动车辆的温度控制线路中,其中温度控制介质尤其是液体温度控制介质通过该温度控制管。在特别优选的方式中,温度控制管构造成冷却剂管并且作为机动车辆的冷却线路的一部分,冷却剂通过该冷却剂管。根据本发明的温度控制管的一种特别优选的应用是,用于电动车辆或者具有电动机和内燃机的混合动力机动车辆的温度控制系统中。根据本发明的温度控制管,特别是冷却剂管,特别用于电池系统的温度控制或冷却。
背景技术
从实际操作中,已知很多不同设计的温度控制管或冷却剂管。众所周知,温度控制管尤其还用于控制机动车辆部件的温度。然而迄今为止,管在其耐温性和/或其绝热性上经常遗留一些期待解决的方面。另一方面,如果具有足够的耐温性和满意的隔热性的管可以被制造,这通常伴随着大量的努力或材料消耗并因此具有高成本。同样,实际操作中已知的大量温度控制管不具有足够的机械阻力,即使在机动车辆中特别需要该机械阻力。
DE 60030161 T2公开了在机动车辆中用于输送冷却剂的管。其涉及多层管,包括:硫化弹性体的外层,聚酰胺的隔层或中间层,以及硫化弹性体的内层。外层和中间层以及中间层和内层通过粘合层彼此连接。这种机动车辆管本身未得到证实,特别是隔热性上遗留一些期待解决的方面。
发明内容
相应地,本发明的技术目的是提供管,该管可以有效地用作温度控制管并且满足所有要求,特别是有关其隔热性、耐温性以及机械强度方面,并且可以用少的花费和低成本持续生产。
为达到该目的,本发明公开了在机动车辆中用作温度控制管,特别是冷却剂管的管的使用,其中温度控制介质通过该管,该管从外至内包括如下层状结构:
至少一种,优选地一种聚烯烃(polyolefin)的外层;
第一粘合层;
至少一种,优选地一种聚酰胺(polyamide)的隔层;
第二粘合层;
至少一种,优选地一种聚烯烃的内层;
其中,管的总壁厚为0.5至3.5mm,优选地为0.5至3mm;
并且其中,外层由聚乙烯(polyethylene)或者基本上由聚乙烯组成,或者外层由聚丙烯(polypropylene)或者基本上由聚丙烯组成。
根据本发明的温度控制管可以用于具有内燃机的传统机动车辆的温度控制系统中。根据本发明的特别设计,根据本发明的温度控制管用于电动车辆的温度控制系统中或者具有电动机和内燃机的混合动力机动车辆的温度控制系统中。
根据本发明的一个优选设计,该管用作温度控制系统中的温度控制管,用于控制机动车辆的电池温度或者用于冷却机动车辆的电池。根据本发明的另一优选设计,管用作机动车辆的空调系统的温度控制管。
本发明的推荐设计的特征在于,该管用作温度控制管,用于电动机动车辆或者混合动力机动车辆的机动车辆电池的温度控制或者冷却。
在本发明的范围内,流体介质特别是液体介质用作温度控制介质或者用作冷却介质。出于实用的目的,温度控制介质或者冷却介质包括液体混合物,并且优选地包括醇-水(alcohol-water)混合物。强烈推荐的设计的特征在于,乙二醇-水(glycol-water)混合物用作温度控制介质或者冷却介质。
在本发明的范围内,根据本发明的温度控制管的外层由聚乙烯组成或者基本上由聚乙烯组成。优选地,外层因此由HDPE组成或者基本上由HDPE组成。根据本发明的另一设计,外层由聚丙烯组成或者基本上由聚丙烯组成,并且根据一种变型设计,所述外层由HDPP组成或者基本上由HDPP组成。
根据本发明,第一粘合层设置在外层和隔层之间。根据本发明的一个优选设计,第一粘合层是聚烯烃基或者聚酰胺基粘合剂层。本发明的一种推荐设计的特征在于,第一粘合层具有用羧酸诱导剂(carboxylic acid derivative)-特别是马来酸诱导剂(maleicacid derivative)-改性的聚烯烃,或由该改性的聚烯烃组成或基本上由该改性的聚烯烃组成。
根据本发明,聚酰胺的隔层设置在温度控制管的中间或者在温度控制管的第一粘合层和第二粘合层之间。本发明强烈推荐的设计的特征在于,隔层由聚酰胺6组成或者基本上由聚酰胺6组成。该设计尤其证明了其自身在本发明的范围内。在本发明的范围内,隔层由来自于或基本上由来自于“聚酰胺6,聚酰胺612,聚酰胺10,聚酰胺11,聚酰胺12,半芳族聚酰胺(semi-aromatic polyamide),共聚酰胺(co-polyamide)”组中的至少一种物质组成。但是聚酰胺6优选地用于隔层。在本发明的范围内,隔层构造成比第一粘合层和/或第二粘合层厚。出于实用的目的,隔层比第一粘合层和/或第二粘合层厚至少1.2倍,优选地厚至少1.5倍,更优选地厚至少1.8倍。
根据本发明,第二粘合层设置在根据本发明的管或温度控制管的隔层和内层之间。根据本发明的一种优选设计,第二粘合层是聚烯烃基或聚酰胺基粘合层。根据本发明的设计变型,第二粘合层是用羧酸诱导剂改性的聚烯烃,特别是用马来酸诱导剂改性的聚烯烃。
在本发明的范围内,第一粘合层和/或第二粘合层的厚度小于外层的厚度。出于实用的目的,外层比第一粘合层和/或第二粘合层厚至少1.2倍,优选地厚至少1.5倍,更优选地厚至少2倍。
根据本发明,提供了一种具有至少一种聚烯烃的内层。内层由此由该聚烯烃组成或基本上由该聚烯烃组成。本发明的推荐设计的特征在于,内层由聚乙烯组成或基本上由聚乙烯组成。根据一种设计变型,内层由HDPE组成或者基本上由HDPE组成。
本发明的另一优选设计的特征在于,内层由聚丙烯组成或者基本上由聚丙烯组成。根据本发明的设计变型,内层由HDPP组成或者基本上由HDPP组成。
在本发明的范围内,内层比第一粘合层和/或第二粘合层厚。优选地,内层比第一粘合层和/或第二粘合层厚至少1.2倍,优选地厚至少1.5倍,更优选地厚至少2倍。
根据本发明的一个非常优选的设计,根据本发明的温度控制管通过层的挤出或者共同挤出来制造。根据本发明所使用的材料以及各层的优选厚度允许非常简单且节能的共同挤出。实际上,一个特别的优点在于共同挤出可以在适中的温度下进行。本发明的优选设计的特征在于,外层的厚度是温度控制管总壁厚的5~60%,优选地是温度控制管总壁厚的8~50%,更优选地是温度控制管总壁厚的10~40%。优选地,隔层的厚度是根据本发明的温度控制管的总壁厚的5~50%,优选地是温度控制管的总壁厚的7~45%,更优选地是温度控制管的总壁厚的10~35%。在本发明的范围内,内层的厚度是温度控制管的总壁厚的5~55%,优选地是温度控制管的总壁厚的8~50%,更优选地是温度控制管的总壁厚的10~40%。
根据本发明的推荐设计,外层的厚度范围在0.1mm和1.5mm之间,优选地在0.2mm和1mm之间。隔层的推荐厚度范围在0.05mm和1mm之间。优选地在0.1mm和0.8mm之间。出于实用的目的,内层的厚度为0.05至1.5mm,优选地为0.1至0.7mm。本发明的一种设计变型的特征在于,内层被构造成导电层,并且为此设置有导电添加剂。
如前所述,根据本发明的温度控制管可有利地用于具有内燃机的传统机动车辆中。实际上,本发明的特定应用领域在于,温度控制管用于电动车辆中和/或具有电动机和内燃机的混合动力机动车辆中。特别地,电动车辆和混合动力机动车辆在温度控制线路中需要相对大量的温度控制管,以冷却或加热车辆部件。该处要求精确的温度控制,以遵守精确的温度限制范围。使用根据本发明的温度控制管存在意想不到的可能,这是因为它具有突出的热性能,特别是最佳的隔热性能,以及在相对宽的温度范围中的耐高温性能。另外,根据本发明的温度控制管在其机械性能方面满足所有要求,并且尤其具有最佳机械强度。此外,根据本发明的管的特征在于,相对于许多流体介质的高耐化学性以及出色的抗老化性。应该强调的是,根据本发明的温度控制管仍然可以用相对简单的手段和相对低的材料费用来设计,从而将制造根据本发明的温度控制管的成本保持在限度内。最终,根据本发明的温度控制管的特征在于最佳的热性能、高机械强度以及低制造费用和低成本。

具体实施方式
图中示出的温度控制管1,在本实施例中可以是用于机动车辆的冷却剂管1。未示出的冷却介质,优选地是醇-水混合物,通过该冷却剂管1。在本实施例中并且优选地,管1包括五层,从外到内即:外层2、第一粘合层3、隔层4、第二粘合层5和内层6。
推荐的并且在本实施例中,外层2由聚乙烯组成或者基本上由聚乙烯组成,其中优选地HDPE用作聚乙烯。出于实用的目的并且在本实施例中,第一粘合层3是聚烯烃基或聚酰胺基的粘合层3。因此,其优选地为改性的聚烯烃或聚酰胺。
推荐的并且在本实施例中,管1具有隔层4形式的中间层,隔层4在本实施例中由聚酰胺6组成或基本上由聚酰胺6组成。基本上,隔层4也可以由来自于或基本上由来自于“聚酰胺6、聚酰胺612、聚酰胺10、聚酰胺11、聚酰胺12、半芳族聚酰胺、共聚酰胺”组中的至少一种物质组成。
优选地并且在本实施例中,第二粘合层5设置在隔层4和内层6之间,第二粘合层5优选地是聚烯烃基或聚酰胺基粘合层5。因此,其优选地可以包括改性的聚烯烃或改性的聚酰胺。出于实用的目的并且在本实施例中,第二粘合层5与内层6接触,推荐的并且在本实施例中,内层6由聚乙烯组成,或基本上由聚乙烯组成。内层6的聚乙烯优选地为HDPE。
管1的总壁厚是0.5至3.5mm,并且优选地为0.5至3mm。推荐地,外层2和/或隔层4和/或内层6比第一粘合层4厚以及比第二粘合层5厚。优选地,外层2和/或隔层4和/或内层6至少是第一粘合层3和/或第二粘合层5的1.2倍厚,优选地至少是1.5倍厚。
图中所示的管1也可以优选地用作电动车辆或者混合动力车辆中的温度控制管1。根据本发明的管1的推荐应用是在充电过程期间或者在使用车辆之前,控制电动车辆或者混合动力车辆的电池温度。
Claims (13)
1.在机动车辆中用作温度控制管(1),特别是冷却剂管(1)的管(1)的使用,其中,温度控制介质穿过所述管(1),所述管(1)由外至内包括下面的层结构:
至少一种聚烯烃的外层(2);
第一粘合层(3);
至少一种聚酰胺的隔层(4);
第二粘合层(5);
至少一种聚烯烃的内层(6);
其中,所述管(1)的总壁厚是0.5至3.5mm,并且,所述外层(2)由聚乙烯组成或基本上由聚乙烯组成,或所述外层(2)由聚丙烯组成或基本上由聚丙烯组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的使用,其特征在于,所述管(1)用作机动车辆的空调系统的温度控制管(1)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的使用,其特征在于,所述管(1)用作在电动车辆或者混合机动车辆中用于控制温度或冷却的温度控制管(1),并且优选地在电动车辆或者混合机动车辆中,用于控制机动车辆电池的温度或者用于冷却机动车辆电池。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的使用,其特征在于,醇-水混合物用作温度控制介质。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的使用,其特征在于,所述外层(2)由HDPE组成或者基本上由HDPE组成。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的使用,其特征在于,所述第一粘合剂层(3)是聚烯烃基或者聚酰胺基粘合剂层(3)。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的使用,其特征在于,所述隔层(4)由来自于或基本上由来自于“聚酰胺6、聚酰胺612、聚酰胺10、聚酰胺11、聚酰胺12、半芳族聚酰胺、共聚酰胺”组中的至少一种物质组成。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的使用,其特征在于,所述第二粘合层(5)是聚烯烃基或聚酰胺基粘合层(5)。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的使用,其特征在于,所述内层(6)由聚乙烯组成或基本上由聚乙烯组成。
10.根据权利要求9所述的使用,其特征在于,所述内层(6)由HDPE组成或基本上由HDPE组成。
11.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的使用,其特征在于,所述内层(6)由聚丙烯组成或主要由聚丙烯组成。
12.根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的使用,其特征在于,所述外层(2)和/或所述隔层(4)和/或所述内层(6)比所述第一粘合层(3)和/或所述第二粘合层(5)厚,优选地厚至少1.5倍,更优选地厚至少2倍。
13.根据权利要求1至12中任一项所述的使用,其特征在于,所述管(1)通过共同挤出制造。
