Description
a)30〜70wt%のポリプロピレン(A1)と70〜30wt%のポリエチレン(A2)とを含む10〜50wt%のポリマーブレンド(A)と、
b)50g/10min以上のISO 1133に従って測定したメルトフローレートMFR2(230℃)を有する47〜90wt%のポリプロピレン(B)と、
c)ポリプロピレンである55〜90wt%のマトリクス(C1)と、−25℃未満のISO 6721−7に従って測定したガラス転移温度Tgおよび少なくとも3.0dl/gの135℃にてDIN ISO 1628/1に従って測定した固有粘度を有する、エチレンとプロピレンまたはC4〜C10アルファオレフィンとのコポリマーである45〜10wt%のエラストマー(C2)とを含む異相ポリオレフィン組成物である3〜25wt%の相溶剤(C)と
を含むポリマー組成物であって、25g/10min超のISO 1133に従って測定したメルトフローレートMFR2(230℃)を有する、ポリマー組成物に関する。
本発明によるポリマー組成物は、3つの主な成分としてポリマーブレンド(A)と、ポリプロピレン(B)と、異相ポリオレフィン組成物である相溶剤(C)とを含むことが必須である。
(i)ポリマーブレンド(A)より少なくとも15%、好ましくは少なくとも20%、より好ましくは少なくとも25%高い、23℃にてISO 179−1eAに従って測定したシャルピーノッチ付き衝撃強度、および同時に
(ii)ポリマーブレンド(A)より少なくとも20%、好ましくは少なくとも25%、より好ましくは少なくとも30%高い、ISO527−2に従って測定した引張係数
を有する。衝撃強度および係数の両方の差は、通常、200%を超えない。
ポリマーブレンド(A)
本発明のポリマー組成物におけるポリマーブレンド(A)は、
30〜70wt%のポリプロピレン(A1)と、
70〜30wt%のポリエチレン(A2)と
を含む。
I)アイソタクチックまたは主にアイソタクチックプロピレンホモポリマー;
II)プロピレンと、エチレンおよび/もしくはC4−C10アルファ−オレフィン、好ましくはエチレンおよび/もしくはC4−C8アルファ−オレフィンとのアイソタクチックランダムコポリマー、例えば1−ブテン、1−ヘキセン、1−オクテン、4−メチル−1−ペンテン(ここで総コモノマー含有量は0.05〜20wt%の範囲である)または前記コポリマーと、アイソタクチックもしくは主にアイソタクチックプロピレンホモポリマーとの混合物;
III)I)のようなアイソタクチックプロピレンホモポリマーまたはII)のようなプロピレンのランダムコポリマー、ならびに任意に少量のジエン、例えばブタジエン、1,4−ヘキサジエン、1,5−ヘキサジエン、エチリデン−1−ノルボルネンを含有する、エチレンと、プロピレンおよび/またはC4−C8α−オレフィンとのコポリマーを含むエラストマーフラクションを含む異相コポリマー
から選択される1つ以上のポリマー材料を含んでもよい。
本ポリマー組成物におけるポリプロピレン(B)は特にかなり高いメルトフローレートによって特徴付けられる。したがって、ポリプロピレン(B)は、50g/10min以上、好ましくは50〜1000g/10minの範囲、より好ましくは55〜500g/10minの範囲、さらにより好ましくは60〜200g/10minの範囲の、ISO 1133に従って測定したメルトフローレートMFR2(230℃)を有する。
(a)プロピレンポリマーであるマトリクス(B1)と、
(b)
− プロピレンならびに
− エチレンおよび/またはC4〜C20α−オレフィン
から誘導される単位を含むコポリマーであるエラストマー(B2)と
を含む異相ポリオレフィン組成物である。
・ その分子量の関数としての分子量フラクションのグラフである、その分子量分布曲線の形態、および/または
・ ポリマーフラクションの分子量の関数としてのコモノマー含有量のグラフである、そのコモノマー含有量分布曲線の形態
を指す。
相溶剤は、異なる成分の相溶性を改善するためにポリプロピレンおよびポリエチレンの組成物における界面として作用する。
(i)ポリプロピレンである55〜90wt%のマトリクス(C1)と、
(ii)25℃未満のISO 6721−7に従ってDMTAにより測定したTgおよび少なくとも3.0dl/gの固有粘度(135℃にてDIN ISO1628/1に従ってデカリン中で測定した)を有する、エチレンとプロピレンまたはC4〜C10アルファオレフィンとのコポリマーである45〜10wt%のエラストマー(C2)と
を含む異相ポリオレフィン組成物である。
MFRは、純粋なPP成分および全ての組成物について2.16kgの荷重、230℃にてISO 1133に従って測定した。
使用した材料
ポリマーブレンド(A)
Dipolen Sは、mtm plastics GmbH、Niedergebra、ドイツから得たポリエチレンおよびポリプロピレンを含むリサイクルポリマー混合物であり、DSC分析によって決定して40wt%のポリエチレン含有量を有する。DSCによって決定した融点は162℃(PP)および128℃(PE)であった。
PP1:ポリプロピレン(PP1)は、Borealis AGから市販されている異相ポリプロピレンコポリマーBJ998MOである。
PP2:ポリプロピレン(PP2)は、Borealis AGから市販されている異相ポリプロピレンコポリマーBJ400HPである。
PP3:ポリプロピレン(PP3)は、Borealis AGから市販されている異相ポリプロピレンコポリマーBJ368MOである。
PP1〜PP3の特徴を表1にまとめる。
異相コポリマーHECO−1:
HECO−1は、半重合リアクタ、1つのスラリーループリアクタおよび1つの気相リアクタを備えるBorstar PPパイロットプラントにおいて生成した。
Claims (14)
- a)30〜70wt%のポリプロピレン(A1)と70〜30wt%のポリエチレン(A2)とを含む10〜50wt%のポリマーブレンド(A)と、
b)50g/10min以上のISO 1133に従って測定したメルトフローレートMFR2(230℃)を有する47〜90wt%のポリプロピレン(B)と、
c)ポリプロピレンである55〜90wt%のマトリクス(C1)と、−25℃未満のISO 6721−7に従って測定したガラス転移温度Tgおよび少なくとも3.0dl/gの135℃にてDIN ISO 1628/1に従って測定した固有粘度を有する、エチレンとプロピレンまたはC4〜C10アルファオレフィンとのコポリマーである45〜10wt%のエラストマー(C2)とを含む異相ポリオレフィン組成物である3〜25wt%の相溶剤(C)と
を含むポリマー組成物であって、25g/10min超のISO 1133に従って測定したメルトフローレートMFR2(230℃)を有する、ポリマー組成物。 - 前記ポリマー組成物のISO75Bに従って測定した荷重たわみ温度(HDT)が前記ポリマーブレンド(A)のHDTより少なくとも5℃高い、請求項1に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 前記ポリマー組成物が、
(i)前記ポリマーブレンド(A)より少なくとも15%高い、23℃にてISO 179−1eAに従って測定したシャルピーノッチ付き衝撃強度、および同時に
(ii)前記ポリマーブレンド(A)より少なくとも20%高い、ISO527−2に従って測定した引張係数
を有する、請求項1または2に記載のポリマー組成物。 - 前記ポリマーブレンド(A)が、使用済み廃棄物および/または産業廃棄物から生じる廃プラスチック材料から回収されるリサイクル材料である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 前記ポリプロピレン(A1)が、0.1〜30.0g/10minのISO 1133に従って測定したメルトフローレートMFR2(230℃)を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 前記ポリプロピレン(B)が、7.0〜25.0wt%の範囲のISO6427に従って測定した低温キシレン可溶性成分(XCS)含有量を有する異相ポリオレフィン組成物である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 異相ポリオレフィン組成物である前記ポリプロピレン(B)の低温キシレン可溶性成分(XCS)フラクションのISO 1268−1(デカリン)に従って測定した固有粘度(IV)が3.5dl/g未満である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 異相ポリオレフィン組成物である前記ポリプロピレン(B)の低温キシレン不溶性(XCI)フラクションのISO 1133に従って測定したメルトフローレートMFR2(230℃)が、100.0〜1500.0g/10minの範囲である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 前記ポリプロピレン(B)が、
(i)85.0〜96.0wt%の総プロピレン含有量、および/または
(ii)45.0〜75.0wt%の低温キシレン可溶性(XCS)フラクション中のプロピレン含有量
を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー組成物。 - 前記相溶剤(C)が、
(i)少なくとも2つのリアクタ内の逐次重合プロセスによって得られるリアクタ内ブレンドであって、最初に前記マトリクス(C1)が生成され、次にエチレンとプロピレンのコポリマーであるエラストマー(C2)が前記マトリクス(C1)の存在下で生成される、リアクタ内ブレンド、または
(ii)マトリクス(C1)およびエチレンとC4〜C10アルファオレフィンのコポリマーであるエラストマー(C2)の機械的ブレンド
から選択される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー組成物。 - 前記マトリクス(C1)が、アイソタクチックもしくは主にアイソタクチックポリプロピレンホモポリマーまたはプロピレンとエチレンおよび/もしくはC4〜C8アルファオレフィンとのランダムコポリマーから選択され、総コモノマー含有量が0.05〜10.0wt%の範囲であり、前記ポリプロピレンがISO 1183に従って測定した0.895〜0.920g/cm3の密度を有する、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 前記ポリマー組成物が無機または有機強化剤をさらに含んでもよい、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー組成物を含む物品。
- 物品をパッケージングするための請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー組成物の使用。
