Claims (9)
- 支持層(2)と、滑り層(3)とを有する滑り軸受部材(1)であって、
前記滑り層(3)が銀、又はCu、Sb、Mo、Coからなるグループから選択された5重量%の他の金属の最大含有量を有する銀からなり、
前記滑り層(3)が粒(6、7)を備えたマイクロ構造を有し、かつ、滑り層厚(12)を有する滑り軸受部材(1)において、
前記マイクロ構造が、滑り層厚(12)にわたって、前記滑り層(3)の前記支持層(2)に近い第2の表面(9)の領域内の粒(7)の球状の形態から、前記滑り層(3)の前記支持層(2)から離隔した第1の表面(8)の領域内で前記粒(7)の長手方向の延び(10)を有する少なくともほぼ柱状の形態へ変化する、ことを特徴とする滑り軸受部材。 - 前記滑り層(3)が、10μmと100μmの間の滑り層厚(12)を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の滑り軸受部材。
- 柱状の前記マイクロ構造が、前記滑り層(3)の前記第1の表面(8)から、前記滑り層全体の厚み(12)の最小10%かつ最大95%の前記滑り層(3)の深さ(13)内まで達する、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の滑り軸受部材(1)。
- 前記滑り層(3)が、前記支持層(2)上に直接配置され、該支持層(2)と結合されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の滑り軸受部材(1)。
- 柱状の形態を有する前記粒(6)の長手方向の延び(10)が、前記滑り層(3)の第1の表面(8)に対してほぼ垂直に方向付けされており、又は粒(6)の長手軸線(15)がこの垂直の方向付けから最大30°だけ変位している、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の滑り軸受部材(1)。
- 柱状のマイクロ構造を有す前記粒(6)の長手方向の延び(10)が、柱状のマイクロ構造を有する前記粒(6)の幅方向の延び(11)の2倍に相当する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の滑り軸受部材(1)。
- 球状の形態を有する前記粒(7)の平均の直径が、柱状の形態を有する前記粒(6)の長手方向の延び(10)における長さの最大で20%である、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の滑り軸受部材(1)。
- 支持層(2)と、粒(6、7)を備えたマイクロ構造を有する滑り層(3)とを有する滑り軸受部材(1)を形成する方法であって、
滑り層厚(12)を有する前記滑り層(3)が銀、又はCu、Sb、Mo、Coからなるグループから選択された5重量%の他の金属の最大含有量を有する銀から形成される方法において、
前記滑り層(3)を形成する間に温度が変化し、かつそれによって前記滑り層厚(12)にわたってマイクロ構造が、前記滑り層(3)の前記支持層(2)に近い第2の表面(9)の領域内の前記粒(7)の球状の形態から、前記滑り層(3)の前記支持層(2)から離隔した第1の表面(8)の領域内で前記粒(6)の長手方向の延び(10)を有する少なくともほぼ柱状の形態へ変化する、ことを特徴とする滑り軸受部材を形成する方法。 - 前記滑り層(3)を形成する間に温度が上昇する、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
