Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は支持要素及び滑り層、これら両者の間に介在する軸受メタル層を有し、滑り層がビスマスまたはビスマス合金から形成され、滑り層のビスマスまたはビスマス合金の結晶子の配向が、格子面(012)のミラー指数で表される好ましい方向をなし、格子面(012)のX線回折強度が他の格子面のX線回折強度と比較して最大である滑り部材において、2番目に大きいX線回折強度を有する格子面のX線回折強度が格子面(012)のX線回折強度の10%を最大限とする。

(a){012}以外の面のX線回折強度相対比率I[hkl]がX線回折強度比率I[012]の0.2〜5倍、即ち、0.2 I[012]≦I[hkl]≦5 I[012];
(b){012}以外の3つ以上の面のX線回折強度相対比率I[hkl]がX線回折強度相対比率I[012]の0.5〜2倍、即ち、0.5 I[012]≦I[hkl]≦I[012],
但し、ランダム方位を有する標準粉末試料ビスマス結晶の{hkl}面はX線回折強度Rp(hkl)を示す;ビスマスまたはビスマス合金から成る滑り層のビスマス結晶の{hkl}はX線回折強度RO/L(hkl)を示す;これら2つの強度の比はK(hkl)=RO,L(hkl)/Rp(hkl)で表される;K(012)とK(hkl)の比はI[hkl]=K(hkl)/K(012)で表される。
AlSn6CuNi、AlSn20Cu、ALSi4Cd、AlCd3CuNi、AlSi11Cu、AlSn6Cu、
AlSn40、AlSn25CuMn、AlSi11CuMgNi
2.銅系軸受メタル(DIN ISO 4383に準拠)
CuSn10、CuAl10Fe5Ni5、CuZn31Si1、CuPb24Sn2、CuSn8Bi10;
3.錫系軸受メタル
SnSb8Cu4、SnSb12Cu6Pb.
上記以外のアルミニウム系、銅系、または錫系の軸受メタルも使用できることは云うまでもない。
<電解析出のための浴組成>
メタンスルホン酸塩として50 g/LのBi
導電性を高めるための80 g/Lのメタンスルホン酸
滑剤及び少なくとも1種類の界面活性剤の添加
<作業データ>
室温
電流密度:5 A/dm2(図1)もしくは10 A/dm2(図2)もしくは15 A/dm2(図3)
〔実施例2〕
<電解のための浴組成>
メタンスルホン酸塩として70 g/LのBi
導電性を高めるための50 g/Lのメタンスルホン酸
濡れ性を高めるための1 g/Lの市販の界面活性剤
0.5 g/Lの層平滑化剤(“平滑化剤”)
<作業データ>
室温
電流密度:5 A/dm2
製造された滑り層について、図1〜図3に示すX線回折ダイヤグラムを作成した。図1に対応する強度を表1に示す。
Claims (6)
- 支持要素及び滑り層、これら両者の間に介在する軸受メタル層を有し、滑り層がビスマスまたはビスマス合金から形成され、滑り層のビスマスまたはビスマス合金の結晶子の配向が、格子面(012)のミラー指数で表される好ましい方向をなし、格子面(012)のX線回折強度が他の格子面のX線回折強度と比較して最大である滑り部材、特に滑り軸受において、
2番目に大きいX線回折強度を有する格子面のX線回折強度が格子面(012)のX線回折強度の10%を最大限とすることを特徴とする滑り部材。 - 2番目に大きいX線回折強度を有する格子面がミラー指数(024)を有する格子面であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の滑り部材。
- 格子面(012)とは異なるすべての格子面のX線回折強度の合計が格子面(012)のX線回折強度の25%を最大限とすることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の滑り部材。
- 滑り層が、15HVを下限とし40HVを上限とする範囲から選択されるビッカーズ硬さを有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載の滑り部材。
- 滑り層が、5 μmを下限とし40 μmを上限とする範囲から選択される層厚を有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載の滑り部材。
- 少なくとも支持要素、軸受メタル層及び滑り層を含み、必要なら支持要素上に結合層を介在させて軸受メタル層を配置し、必要なら軸受メタル層上に結合層を介在させて滑り層を配置し、ビスマス塩のメタンスルホン酸溶液から軸受メタル層または結合層に滑り層を電解析出させる滑り部材の製造方法において、
請求項1から請求項5までに記載の滑り層の構成に従って滑り層を形成することを特徴とする滑り部材の製造方法。
