Claims (6)
- 미끄럼 부재, 특히 미끄럼 베어링으로서, 지지 부재 및 미끄럼층을 구비하되, 상기 지지 부재와 미끄럼층 사이에는 베어링 금속층이 배치되어 있고, 상기 미끄럼층은, 격자면의 X-선 회절 강도가 다른 격자면의 X-선 회절 강도에 비해 가장 큰 격자면이 격자면 밀러 지수 (012)로 표현되는 소망하는 방위를 향하고 있는 비스무스 또는 비스무스 합금 미소결정으로 제조되는 미끄럼 부재에 있어서,두 번째로 X-선 회절 강도가 큰 격자면의 X-선 회절 강도가 격자면 (012)의 X-선 회절 강도의 최대 10%인 것을 특징으로 하는 미끄럼 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서,두 번째로 큰 X-선 회절 강도를 갖는 격자면이 밀러 지수 (024)인 격자면인 것을 특징으로 하는 미끄럼 부재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,격자면 (012) 외의 다른 모든 격자면의 X-선 회절 강도의 합은 격자면 (012)의 X-선 회절 강도의 최대 25%인 것을 특징으로 하는 미끄럼 부재.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 미끄럼층의 비커스 경도는 하한 15 HV 및 상한 40 HV의 범위 내에서 선 택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미끄럼 부재.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 미끄럼층의 두께는 하한 15 ㎛ 및 상한 40 ㎛의 범위 내에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미끄럼 부재.
- 적어도 하나의 지지층, 하나의 베어링 금속층 및 미끄럼층을 포함하되, 상기 지지 부재 위에는 베어링 금속층이, 필요한 경우에는 중간층으로 접합층을 구비하고, 베어링 금속층 위에는 미끄럼층이, 필요한 경우에는 중간층으로 접합층을 구비하며, 상기 미끄럼층은 베어링 금속층 또는 접합층 위에 비스무스염의 메탄 술포닉산 용액으로부터 갈바닉 방식으로 석출되는 미끄럼 부재 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 미끄럼층은 제1항 내지 제5항의 미끄럼층의 특징에 따라 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미끄럼 부재 제조 방법.
