前記方法は、
前記型枠アセンブリを用いて上向きに延びる建物の前記特徴部を成形するステップと、
次いで、コンクリートが十分に硬化したときに、前記または各接続要素を除去して、隣接する表面形成要素の間に1つ以上の空間を形成するステップとを含み、
前記1つ以上の空間の各々が、各表面形成要素を前記コンクリートの表面から離隔させ、アクセスまたはクリアランスを提供するのに十分な空間を作り出すことを特徴とする方法が提供される。
Claims (11)
- 建物における上向きに延びる特徴部を成形するための型枠アセンブリであって、
前記特徴部の少なくとも1つの側面を形成するための少なくとも2つの表面形成要素と、
2つの前記表面形成要素の間に着脱可能に配置されるように適合された少なくとも1つの接続要素とを備え、
前記型枠アセンブリが単一の連続的な打設面を形成するように、2つの前記表面形成要素の隣接する縁が前記接続要素に当接し、
使用時には、コンクリート表面が形成された後に、1つ以上の前記接続要素の各々が型枠アセンブリから個別に取り外し可能であるように構成されることを特徴とする型枠アセンブリ。 - 請求項1に記載の型枠アセンブリであって、
1つ以上の前記接続要素の各々は、それを取り外すことによって、隣接する両表面形成要素の間に各表面形成要素を前記コンクリート表面から離隔させ、アクセスまたはクリアランスを提供するのに十分な空間を作り出すような大きさ及び形状を有することを特徴とする型枠アセンブリ。 - 請求項1または2に記載の型枠アセンブリであって、
前記表面形成要素の各々は、平坦なボードの一方の側に固定された矩形のフレームを含み、使用時に、前記平坦なボードの他方の側は、前記連続的な打設面の少なくとも一部を形成することを特徴とする型枠アセンブリ。 - 請求項3に記載の型枠アセンブリであって、
前記表面形成要素の各々は、前記ボードとともに前記連続的な打設面を形成するように、前記ボードの周縁部に延びる境界部をさらに備え、前記境界部は、前記フレームの少なくとも1つの縁を超えて延びて、フランジ部を形成することを特徴とする型枠アセンブリ。 - 請求項4に記載の型枠アセンブリであって、
前記境界部は、前記フレームの対向する一対の縁を越えて延びて、一対のフランジ部を形成することを特徴とする型枠アセンブリ。 - 請求項4または5に記載の型枠アセンブリであって、
前記境界部は前記ボードより耐摩耗性の高い材料で作られていることを特徴とする型枠アセンブリ。 - 請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載の型枠アセンブリであって、
1つ以上の前記接続要素の各々は、隣接する表面形成要素の前記フランジ部間の位置のためのキャップと、前記フランジ部の内側及びフレーム間の空隙を実質的に充填するような形状とされた本体とを含むことを特徴とする型枠アセンブリ。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の型枠アセンブリであって、
1つ以上の前記接続要素の各々は、その長さ全体にわたって実質的に一定の断面形状を有する細長い要素であることを特徴とする型枠アセンブリ。 - 請求項8に記載の型枠アセンブリであって、
1つ以上の前記接続要素の各々は、押し出し成形によって形成された単体要素であることを特徴とする型枠アセンブリ。 - 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の型枠アセンブリであって、
一対の隣接する表面形成要素の整列した孔と、それらの各々の接続要素とを通して延びる、これらを一体的に固定するためのダボまたはボルトを更に備えることを特徴とする型枠アセンブリ。 - 型枠アセンブリを用いて建物における上向きに延びる特徴部を成形する方法であって、
前記型枠アセンブリは、前記特徴部の少なくとも1つの側面を形成するための少なくとも2つの表面形成要素と、2つの前記表面形成要素の間に着脱可能に配置されるように適合された少なくとも1つの接続要素とを備え、
前記方法は、
前記型枠アセンブリを用いて上向きに延びる建物の前記特徴部を成形するステップと、
次いで、コンクリートが十分に硬化したときに、前記または各接続要素を除去して、隣接する表面形成要素の間に1つ以上の空間を形成するステップとを含み、
前記1つ以上の空間の各々が、各表面形成要素を前記コンクリートの表面から離隔させ、アクセスまたはクリアランスを提供するのに十分な空間を作り出すことを特徴とする方法。
