Claims (14)
- 歯科用コンポジットブロックを製造するための方法であって、
歯科用コンポジットブロックの連続製造のための、第1の開口部(2)および第2の開口部(3)を有する特に実質的に中空円筒形状の装置(1)、特に2つの側で開口した容器を設けるステップと、
硬化型コンポジット材料(4)を設けるステップと、
温度制御ユニット(5)を設けるステップと、
前記硬化型コンポジット材料(4)を前記第1の開口部(2)を通して前記装置(1)内に導入、特に連続して導入するステップと、
前記温度制御ユニット(5)によるエネルギー入力によって、前記特に連続して導入されたコンポジット材料(4)を硬化するステップと、
前記実質的に中空円筒形状の装置(1)の前記第1の開口部(2)を通して前記硬化型コンポジット材料(4)を供給、特に連続して供給するステップと、
前記硬化された硬化型コンポジット材料(4)を前記装置(1)の前記第2の開口部(3)から排出するステップとを備える、方法。 - 前記エネルギー入力は、前記実質的に中空円筒形状の装置(1)の1〜300cm、好ましくは1.5〜200cm、特に好ましくは5〜60cmの長さにわたって、および/または、1〜200分、好ましくは5〜60分、特に好ましくは15〜45分間行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記硬化され排出されたコンポジット材料(4)は加工される、特に形を整えられる、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記コンポジット材料(4)を歯科修復物にさらに加工するためのマウントが前記硬化されたコンポジット材料(4)に当てられる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記実質的に中空円筒形状の装置(1)は、0.5〜5cm、特に1〜3cmの範囲の幅(D)、および/または、0.25〜25cm2、特に1〜9cm2の範囲の基部領域を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記コンポジット材料(4)は40重量%より大きな充填剤を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 歯科用コンポジットブロックを製造するための方法であって、
特に実質的に中空円筒形状の金型(11)、特に容器を設けるステップと、
硬化型コンポジット材料(4)を設けるステップと、
焦点を合わせることが可能な熱源(12)を設けるステップと、
前記硬化型コンポジット材料(4)を前記実質的に中空円筒形状の金型(11)、特に前記容器内に導入するステップと、
特に重力、沈降、または圧縮による、前記金型(11)内の前記導入された硬化型コンポジット材料(4)の選択的な、特に無空気圧縮を行なうステップと、
前記実質的に中空円筒形状の金型(11)への特に連続伝熱によって、前記導入された硬化型コンポジット材料(4)を硬化するステップとを備え、
前記実質的に中空円筒形状の金型(11)、特に前記容器の壁が0.05〜12W/(mxK)、特に0.14〜1.2W/(mxK)の範囲の熱伝導率を有するような形状である、方法。 - 前記コンポジット材料(4)を歯科修復物にさらに加工するためのマウントが前記硬化されたコンポジット材料(4)に当てられる、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記実質的に中空円筒形状の金型(11)、特に前記容器は、実質的に歯科用コンポジットブロックの寸法を有するような形状である、請求項7または8に記載の方法。
- 前記コンポジット材料(4)は40重量%より大きな充填剤を含む、請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。

前記流動装置は前記流動装置の長さの一部に沿った第1の領域において絶縁体を有する、または、前記流動装置の材料は0.05〜12W/(mxK)の熱伝導率を有し、
前記流動装置は選択的に第2の領域でさらに絶縁体を有する、または、前記流動装置の材料は0.05〜12W/(mxK)の熱伝導率を有し、前記長さに沿った前記第1の領域および前記第2の領域の間に空間が存在する、流動装置。
