本发明公开了一种挤出机螺杆机筒,包括:机筒本体、隔热块和耐磨片,所述隔热块的外表面与所述机筒本体的内表面过盈配合,所述耐磨片粘附在所述隔热块的内表面上,且所述机筒本体的内表面上均布有波浪形凸起,所述隔热块的外表面上均布有波浪形凹槽,所述机筒本体内表面的波浪形凸起与所述隔热块外表面的波浪形凹槽相配合。通过上述方式,本发明能够提高耐磨性能和耐热性能,使机筒不易磨损,同时延长使用寿命,降低更换频率和成本,提高工作效率。

一种挤出机螺杆机筒
技术领域
本发明涉及挤出机领域,特别是涉及一种挤出机螺杆机筒。
背景技术
挤出成型工艺是聚合物加工领域中生产品种最多、变化最多、生产率高、适应性强、用途广泛、产量所占比重最大的成型加工方法。挤出成型是使高聚物的熔体(或粘性流体)在挤出机螺杆的挤压作用下通过一定形状的口模成型,制品为具有恒定断面形状的连续型材。
现有的挤出机一般采用双螺杆挤出机,采用双螺杆机筒设计,强化塑化功能,保证了稳定挤出,但物料与机筒挤压磨损产生的热量会造成机筒变形,且机筒内壁易磨损,造成使用寿命短、更换频率高、成本大、工作效率低等缺点。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种挤出机螺杆机筒,能够提高耐磨性能和耐热性能,使机筒不易磨损,同时延长使用寿命,降低更换频率和成本,提高工作效率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种挤出机螺杆机筒,包括:机筒本体、隔热块和耐磨片,所述隔热块的外表面与所述机筒本体的内表面过盈配合,所述耐磨片粘附在所述隔热块的内表面上,且所述机筒本体的内表面上均布有波浪形凸起,所述隔热块的外表面上均布有波浪形凹槽,所述机筒本体内表面的波浪形凸起与所述隔热块外表面的波浪形凹槽相配合。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述隔热块为多层结构的聚苯乙烯泡沫板。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述隔热块的厚度为3-5mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述耐磨片为陶瓷耐磨片。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述陶瓷耐磨片的厚度为1.5-2mm。
本发明的有益效果是:通过在机筒本体内部包覆隔热块,且机筒本体内壁与隔热块采用波浪形过盈配合,增强隔热块与机筒本体的配合紧密度,提高隔热效果,同时在隔热块上粘附耐磨片,提高耐磨性能,使机筒不易磨损,延长使用寿命,降低更换频率和成本,提高工作效率。

一种挤出机螺杆机筒,包括:机筒本体1、隔热块2和耐磨片3,所述隔热块2的外表面与所述机筒本体1的内表面过盈配合,所述耐磨片3粘附在所述隔热块2的内表面上,且所述机筒本体1的内表面上均布有波浪形凸起11,所述隔热块2的外表面上均布有波浪形凹槽21,所述机筒本体内表面的波浪形凸起11与所述隔热块外表面的波浪形凹槽21相配合,增强所述隔热块2与所述机筒本体1的配合,提高隔热效果。
所述隔热块2为多层结构的聚苯乙烯泡沫板,具有热导率低、高抗压、质轻、耐腐蚀、使用寿命长等性能。
所述隔热块2的厚度为3-5mm。
所述耐磨片3为陶瓷耐磨片,具有极佳的耐磨性,且质轻,采用高强度的陶瓷结构胶粘贴在所述隔热块2的内表面上,具有较高的粘结强度和耐热性能,可确保陶瓷片在高温下长期运行而不脱落。
所述陶瓷耐磨片的厚度为1.5-2mm。
本发明揭示了一种挤出机螺杆机筒,通过在机筒本体内部包覆隔热块,且机筒本体内壁与隔热块采用波浪形过盈配合,增强隔热块与机筒本体的配合紧密度,提高隔热效果,同时在隔热块上粘附耐磨片,提高耐磨性能,使机筒不易磨损,延长使用寿命,降低更换频率和成本,提高工作效率。

1.一种挤出机螺杆机筒,其特征在于,包括:机筒本体、隔热块和耐磨片,所述隔热块的外表面与所述机筒本体的内表面过盈配合,所述耐磨片粘附在所述隔热块的内表面上,且所述机筒本体的内表面上均布有波浪形凸起,所述隔热块的外表面上均布有波浪形凹槽,所述机筒本体内表面的波浪形凸起与所述隔热块外表面的波浪形凹槽相配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种挤出机螺杆机筒,其特征在于,所述隔热块为多层结构的聚苯乙烯泡沫板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种挤出机螺杆机筒,其特征在于,所述隔热块的厚度为3-5mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种挤出机螺杆机筒,其特征在于,所述耐磨片为陶瓷耐磨片。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种挤出机螺杆机筒,其特征在于,所述陶瓷耐磨片的厚度为1.5-2mm。
