Claims (20)
- 拡張可能な脊椎インプラントを含む拡張可能な固定システムであって、前記拡張可能な脊椎インプラントは、
第1端部セクション、第2端部セクション、及び第1端部セクションと第2端部セクションとの間のキャビティを含む本体部材であって、前記第1端部セクションが第1ボアを含み、前記第2端部セクションが第2ボアを含む、前記本体部材と、
先細りセクションを含む駆動部材と、
前記本体部材及び前記駆動部材と係合するように構成される第1終板と、
前記本体部材及び前記駆動部材と係合するように構成される第2終板と、
作動スクリューを含むアクチュエータアセンブリと、を備え、前記作動スクリューは、ヘッド部と、ネジ付き本体と、
を含み、前記ヘッド部は、前記第1終板と前記第2終板との間に完全に収容されるように構成される拡張可能な固定システム。 - 前記第1ボア及び第2ボアは、前記本体部材内を貫通して長手方向に延在する長尺流路を画定する請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1ボア及び第2ボアは同軸である請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1ボアは、ネジ切りされていないボアである請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2ボアはネジ付きボアである請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2ボアは、骨移植材を、前記第2ボア内を通って収容するように構成される請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記駆動部材は、前記駆動部材内を貫通して長手方向に延在するネジ付きボアを含む請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記作動スクリューの前記ネジ付き本体は、前記駆動部材と係合するように構成される請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記作動スクリューの前記ネジ付き本体は、前記駆動部材の前記ネジ付きボアにねじ込むように構成される請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 拡張可能な脊椎インプラントを含む拡張可能な固定システムであって、前記拡張可能な脊椎インプラントは、
第1端部セクション、第2端部セクション、及び第1端部セクションと第2端部セクションとの間のキャビティを含む本体部材であって、前記第1端部セクションが第1ボアを含み、前記第2端部セクションが第2ボアを含む、前記本体部材と、
ネジ付きボア及び先細り外側表面を含む駆動部材と、
前記本体部材及び前記駆動部材と係合するように構成される第1終板と、
前記本体部材及び前記駆動部材と係合するように構成される第2終板と、
作動スクリューを含むアクチュエータアセンブリと、を備え、前記作動スクリューは、ヘッド部と、ネジ付き本体と、
を含み、前記ヘッド部は、前記本体部材の前記第1端部セクションと係合するように構成され、前記ネジ付き本体は、前記駆動部材の前記ネジ付きボアと係合するように構成される拡張可能な固定システム。 - 前記本体部材の前記第1端部セクションは、前記第1終板と係合するように構成される第1嵌合部材と、前記第2終板と係合するように構成される第2嵌合部材と、を含む請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記本体部材の前記第2端部セクションは、前記第1終板と係合するように構成される第1嵌合部材と、前記第2終板と係合するように構成される第2嵌合部材と、を含む請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記駆動部材の前記先細り外側表面は、前記駆動部材の第1端部に配置される請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記駆動部材は更に、第2端部を含み、前記第2端部は、前記第1終板と係合するように構成される第1嵌合部材と、前記第2終板と係合するように構成される第2嵌合部材と、を含む請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 拡張可能な固定システムであって、
拡張可能な脊椎インプラントであって、前記脊椎インプラントが、
第1端部、第2端部、及び第1端部と第2端部との間のキャビティを含む本体部材であって、前記第1端部が第1ボアを含み、前記第2端部が第2ボアを含む、前記本体部材と、
ネジ付きボア及び先細り外側表面を含む駆動部材と、
前記本体部材及び前記駆動部材と係合するように構成される第1終板と、
前記本体部材及び前記駆動部材と係合するように構成される第2終板と、
作動スクリューを含むアクチュエータアセンブリであって、前記作動スクリューが、ヘッド部と、ネジ付き本体と、を含む、前記アクチュエータアセンブリと、
を備える、前記拡張可能な脊椎インプラントと、
前記本体部材と可逆的に係合するように構成されるインサータと、
を備え、前記インサータは、前記本体部材内に収容されるように構成されるドライバを含み、かつ前記拡張可能な脊椎インプラントの長さの少なくとも35%に等しい長さを有する挿入部分を含む拡張可能な固定システム。 - 前記インサータは、
前記拡張可能なインプラントの前記本体部材と係合するように構成される第1端部を含む外側スリーブと、
外ネジを内側スリーブの第1端部に含む内側スリーブと、
を更に備える請求項15に記載のシステム。 - 前記外側スリーブは、前記外側スリーブの第1端部から突出する少なくとも1つのカウンタートルクタブを含む請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 前記内側スリーブは、前記外側スリーブ内に回転可能に収容されるように構成される請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 前記ドライバは、前記内側スリーブ内に回転可能に収容されるように構成される請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 前記ドライバの前記挿入部分の長さは、前記拡張可能な脊椎インプラントの長さの少なくとも50%に等しい請求項15に記載のシステム。
