Description
Claims (15)
- プラスチック組成物であって、
少なくとも1種類の熱可塑性ポリマー(a)と、
少なくとも1種類の不飽和脂肪族脂肪酸の金属塩(b)と、
融点が、(a)に記載の熱可塑性ポリマーの融点より80度低い温度未満であって50度高い温度未満である、少なくとも1種類の多価アルコール(c)と、
(c)に記載のアルコールとは異なるアルコールで、沸点が(a)に記載の熱可塑性ポリマーの融点より100度低い温度未満であって80度高い温度未満である、少なくとも1種類の追加されるアルコール(d)と、を備えることを特徴とするプラスチック組成物。 - 前記プラスチック組成物は、少なくとも1種の、粒状の充填剤(e)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプラスチック組成物。
- 前記プラスチック組成物に含まれる充填剤の量は、充填剤を含んだ前記プラスチック組成物の総体積の40体積%より多い及び/又は該充填剤の理論上の最大値の80体積%より多いことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプラスチック組成物。
- 前記多価アルコール(c)の融点は、前記熱可塑性ポリマー(a)の融点より50度低い温度未満である及び/又は30度高い温度未満であって、及び/又は前記熱可塑性ポリマー(a)の融点より70度低い温度未満であって及び/又は50度高い温度未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のプラスチック組成物。
- 前記充填剤(e)は金属粉体、金属酸化物粉体、若しくは酸化物セラミック粉体であり、及び/又は前記充填剤(e)の平均粒径は1〜150μmの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載のプラスチック組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリマー(a)の平均モル質量は104〜106g/molであり、及び/又は前記熱可塑性ポリマーの融点は140〜400度の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載のプラスチック組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリマー(a)は結晶度が80%未満であり及び/又は多分散性が5未満である半結晶質ポリマーであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載のプラスチック組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリマー(a)はポリアミドを含む、及び/又はポリアミドであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載のプラスチック組成物。
- 前記金属塩(b)の脂肪酸は、8個より多いカルボン酸原子を有し、少なくとも一つの二重結合を有する一価カルボン酸であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載のプラスチック組成物。
- 未充填部分におけるプラスチック組成物において、前記金属塩(b)の割合は1〜15重量%であり、好ましくは3〜7重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9の何れか1項に記載のプラスチック組成物。
- 多価アルコール(c)は、2〜8個のヒドロキシル基を有し、並びに/又は、主鎖中の多価アルコール(c)が、直鎖状、環状、及び/若しくは直鎖状かつ環状部分を有し、炭素原子のみを有し、任意で酸素原子を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10の何れか1項に記載のプラスチック組成物。
- 未充填部分におけるプラスチック組成物において、前記多価アルコール(c)の割合は3〜40重量%であり、好ましくは10〜30重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11の何れか1項に記載のプラスチック組成物。
- 前記アルコール(d)は一価又は多価芳香族アルコールであり、及び/又は前記プラスチック組成物における前記アルコール(d)の割合は3〜20重量%であり、好ましくは5〜15重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12の何れか1項に記載のプラスチック組成物。
- 請求項2〜13の何れか1項に記載の、充填剤を含むプラスチック組成物の製造方法において、
前記充填剤(e)を溶媒内で懸濁させる行程Aと、
前記金属塩(b)と、前記多価アルコール(c)と、を懸濁液に添加混合する行程Bと、
前記懸濁液を乾燥し、前記溶媒を除去する行程Cと、
前記懸濁液の残渣を前記ポリマー(a)と混合する行程Dと、
更に前記アルコール(d)を追加する行程Eと、を備えることを特徴とする、プラスチック組成物の製造方法。 - 成形品の製造工程である射出成型プロセス又は押出成形プロセスの一部として製造するための、請求項1〜13の何れか1項に記載のプラスチック組成物の使用。
