Description
Claims (10)
- 少なくとも1つの閉塞部材(2)と、少なくとも1つのバルブシート(3)と、少なくとも1つの駆動ユニット(4)と、を備え、前記閉塞部材(2)が閉位置においてバルブシート(3)に対して押し付けられ、離間位置においてバルブシート(3)から離間し、前記駆動ユニット(4)により閉方向(5)について離間位置から閉位置まで変位可能であるバルブ(1)または真空バルブであって、
前記バルブシート(3)に対して押し付けられる際の前記閉塞部材(2)の位置調節のため、前記閉塞部材(2)が前記駆動ユニット(4)の支持部材(6)に、少なくとも前記閉方向(5)に対して垂直なまたは傾斜した方向(7)に変位可能に支持されていることを特徴とするバルブ。 - 請求項1記載のバルブ(1)において、
前記バルブシート(3)に対して押し付けられる際の前記閉塞部材(2)の位置調節のため、前記閉塞部材(2)が前記駆動ユニット(4)の支持部材(6)に、少なくとも前記閉方向(5)に対して垂直なまたは横向きの平面(8)におけるすべての方向(7)に変位可能に支持されていることを特徴とするバルブ。 - 請求項1または2に記載のバルブ(1)において、前記閉塞部材(2)がバルブプレートであることを特徴とするバルブ。
- 請求項3記載のバルブ(1)において、前記閉方向(5)が、前記バルブプレートの閉平面(9)の法線を構成することを特徴とするバルブ。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のバルブ(1)において、前記バルブシート(3)に対して押し付けられる際の前記閉塞部材(2)の位置調節のため、前記閉塞部材(2)、前記バルブシート(3)および少なくとも閉位置において前記閉塞部材(2)と前記バルブシート(3)との間に配置されているシール部材のうち少なくとも1つが、前記閉方向(5)に先細りの横断面(11)を有し、あるいは円錐状に形成されていることを特徴とするバルブ。
- 請求項1〜5のうちいずれか1項に記載のバルブ(1)において、前記閉塞部材(2)が、少なくとも1つの滑り軸受(12)を介在させて前記駆動ユニット(4)の前記支持部材(6)に変位可能に支持されていることを特徴とするバルブ。
- 請求項1〜6のうちいずれか1項に記載のバルブ(1)において、前記駆動ユニット(4)の前記支持部材(6)に対して中立位置に向かう方向に前記閉塞部材(2)を弾性的に付勢する付勢ばね(13)を備えていることを特徴とするバルブ。
- 請求項1〜7のうちいずれか1項に記載のバルブ(1)において、前記駆動ユニット(4)の前記支持部材(6)が少なくとも1つの収容空間(14)を有し、かつ、前記閉塞部材(2)が前記収容空間(14)に間隙をもって配置されている軸受要素(15)を有し、あるいは、前記閉塞部材(2)が少なくとも1つの収容空間(14)を有し、かつ、前記駆動ユニット(4)の前記支持部材(6)が前記収容空間(14)に間隙をもって配置されている軸受要素(15)を有していることを特徴とするバルブ。
- 請求項8記載のバルブ(1)において、前記収容空間(14)および前記軸受要素(15)のうち少なくとも一方が、前記閉方向(5)に平行な縦断面においてT字形状であることを特徴とするバルブ。
- 請求項1〜9のうちいずれか1項に記載のバルブ(1)において、前記閉塞部材(2)が、少なくとも1つの第2駆動ユニット(17)により、前記閉方向(5)に対して傾斜したまたは垂直な方向(16)について離間位置から開位置まで変位可能であり、
前記閉塞部材(2)が開位置において、前記バルブシート(3)により取り囲まれているバルブ開口部(18)を覆う状態から完全にまたは少なくとも部分的に外れていることを特徴とするバルブ。
