Abstract
Description
本発明は、分子量の分布が2〜10であるプロピレン単独重合体及び着色剤を含む高分子基材と、前記高分子基材で含浸された5〜20mm長さの繊維強化材と、を含む熱可塑性樹脂複合体からなるポリオレフィン樹脂であって、前記繊維強化材は前記ポリオレフィン樹脂に対して10〜50重量%含まれることを特徴とするポリオレフィン樹脂を提供する。
プロピレン単独重合体(分子量分布5)、着色剤(カーボンブラック)、及び衝撃補強剤(オレフィンブロック共重合体、エチレン系繰り返し単位及びブチレン系繰り返し単位を含む、溶融指数(ASTM D1238、230℃、2.16kgの荷重で測定)10g/10min)の溶融混合物に、繊維強化材(ガラス繊維、長さ9〜13mm、表面にエポキシ基を含む)を含浸し、公知の方法を利用して長さが10〜30mm、断面の直径が1〜5mmのペレット糸のLFTを製造した。最終造成比は、プロピレン単独重合体:繊維強化材:着色剤:衝撃補強剤の重量比が60:15:1:1であった。

Claims (10)
- 分子量の分布が2〜10であるプロピレン単独重合体及び着色剤を含む高分子基材と、
前記高分子基材で含浸された5〜20mm長さの繊維強化材と、を含む熱可塑性樹脂複合体からなるポリオレフィン樹脂であって、
前記繊維強化材は、前記ポリオレフィン樹脂に対して10〜50重量%含まれること、を特徴とするポリオレフィン樹脂。 - 前記ポリオレフィン樹脂は衝撃強度(ASTM D256)が200J/m以上であること、を特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリオレフィン樹脂。
- 前記繊維強化材と前記プロピレン単独重合体の重量比は1:1.5〜1:10であること、を特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリオレフィン樹脂。
- 前記着色剤と前記繊維強化材の重量比は1:1〜1:50であること、を特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリオレフィン樹脂。
- 前記高分子基材は衝撃補強剤、無機充填剤、紫外線遮断剤、酸化防止剤、潤滑剤、帯電防止剤、相溶化剤、及び微細粒子からなる群から選択された一種以上の添加剤を更に含むこと、を特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリオレフィン樹脂。
- 前記衝撃補強剤はエチレン系繰り返し単位、及び炭素数4〜30のα−オレフィン系繰り返し単位を含むオレフィンブロック共重合体を含むこと、を特徴とする、請求項5に記載のポリオレフィン樹脂。
- 前記オレフィンブロック共重合体は溶融指数(ASTM D1238、230℃、2.16kgの荷重で測定)が2〜50g/10minであること、を特徴とする、請求項6に記載のポリオレフィン樹脂。
- 前記ポリオレフィン樹脂は長さが1〜500mmで、断面の直径が0.1〜50mmのペレット状であること、を特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリオレフィン樹脂。
- 分子量の分布が2〜10であるプロピレン単独重合体及び着色剤を含む溶融混合物に5〜20mmの長さの繊維強化材を含浸し、熱可塑性樹脂複合体を形成することを特徴とするポリオレフィン樹脂の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜請求項8のうちいずれか一項によるポリオレフィン樹脂を利用して射出成形される自動車用リアバンパービームであって、
互いに平行に配置される2枚の垂直プレートと、前記2枚の垂直プレートを連結する水平プレートとからなるH型の断面構造を有し、前記自動車に一端部が取り付けられる支持部と、
前記支持部の他端部に形成されるエネルギー吸収部と、
を含むこと、を特徴とする、自動車用リアバンパービーム。
