Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 第1プラスチック材料を含み、かつ、第1端及び前記第1端に対向する第2端を有する第1コンポーネントと、第2プラスチック材料を含む第2コンポーネントと、第3プラスチック材料を含む第3コンポーネントとを少なくとも含む多成分ハウジングであって、前記第1、第2、及び第3コンポーネントは、互いに接合されることによって、長手方向軸と、上端及び前記上端に対向する下端と、前記長手方向軸に平行であり、かつ、前記上端と前記下端との間に延在する長さLと、前記長手方向軸に対して垂直に延在する最大直交寸法Dmaxとを有する実質的に筒状の構造体を形成し、前記ハウジングの前記長さLは、前記長手方向軸に対して垂直に延在する前記最大直交寸法Dmaxの少なくとも3倍であり、
前記ハウジングは、前記第2プラスチック材料でできた少なくとも1つの許容差除去要素を含んでおり、具体的には、前記第2プラスチック材料は、硬質プラスチック材料であり、かつ、前記第1コンポーネントの前記第1端及び前記第2端のうちの1つに前記長手方向軸に沿って取り付けられており、前記許容差除去要素は、近位端及び前記近位端に対向する遠位端を有し、前記近位端は、前記第1コンポーネントの前記第1端及び前記第2端のうちの少なくとも1つに隣接しており、前記許容差除去要素は、前記近位端と前記遠位端との間で前記長手方向軸に平行に延在する平均長さHを有しており、前記平均長さHは、前記ハウジングの前記長さLの少なくとも10分の1であり、
前記第3コンポーネントは、前記ハウジングの外側表面を少なくとも部分的に形成し、それによって、前記許容差除去要素は、前記第3プラスチック材料によって少なくとも部分的にオーバーモールディングされている、ハウジング。 - 前記許容差除去要素の前記平均長さHは約3mm〜約20mmであり、具体的には、前記許容差除去要素の前記平均長さHは約5mm〜約10mmである、請求項1に記載のハウジング。
- 前記第1プラスチック材料、前記第2プラスチック材料、及び前記第3プラスチック材料のうちの少なくとも1つは硬質プラスチック材料を含み、前記第1プラスチック材料、前記第2プラスチック材料、及び前記第3プラスチック材料のうちの少なくとも1つは軟質プラスチック材料を含む、請求項1又は2に記載のハウジング。
- 前記許容差除去要素は、前記長手方向軸に平行に延在する約1mm〜約20mmの最小長さHminを有しており、具体的には、前記最小長さHminは約2mm〜約15mmであり、更に具体的には、前記最小長さHminは約3mm〜約10mmである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のハウジング。
- 前記許容差除去要素は、前記長手方向軸に平行に延在する約10mm〜約30mmの最大長さHmaxを有している、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のハウジング。
- 前記許容差除去要素は、前記許容差除去要素によって前記ハウジングが0.01mm〜0.05mmの長さ方向の許容差を有するように構成されており、及び/又は、前記許容差除去要素は、前記許容差除去要素によって前記ハウジングが前記ハウジングの前記長さLに対して約0.006%〜約0.03%の長さ方向の許容差を有するように構成されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のハウジング。
- 前記許容差除去要素の外側表面は前記第3コンポーネントによって完全に覆われており、任意で、前記第3コンポーネントは、前記許容差除去要素の前記遠位端を超えて前記遠位端から約0.5mm〜約3mmの距離まで延伸している、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のハウジング。
- 前記第1プラスチック材料、前記第2プラスチック材料、及び前記第3プラスチック材料は、色、不透明度、多孔率、及び硬度からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種類の特性において互いに異なっている、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のハウジング。
- 前記許容差除去要素は、前記第1材料に一体的に取り付けられている、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のハウジング。
- 歯ブラシのハンドル用の多成分ハウジングであって、前記ハウジングは、上端と、前記上端に対向する下端と、前記上端と前記下端の間の長手方向軸と、を有しており、前記ハウジングは、前記上端と前記下端との間で延在する約120mm〜約200mmの長さLと、前記長手方向軸に対して垂直に延在する最大直交寸法Dmaxとを有しており、前記ハウジングの前記長さLは、前記長手方向軸に対して垂直に延在する前記最大直交寸法Dmaxの少なくとも3倍であり、前記ハウジングは、
第1硬質プラスチック材料でできており、かつ、第1端と前記第1端に対向する第2端を有している第1コンポーネントと、第2硬質プラスチック材料でできた第2コンポーネントと、軟質プラスチック材料でできた第3コンポーネントとを少なくとも含み、前記第1コンポーネントと、前記第2コンポーネントと、前記第3コンポーネントとは互いに接合されることによって略筒状の構造体を形成し、
前記ハウジングは、前記第2プラスチック材料でできており、かつ、前記第1コンポーネントの前記第1端及び前記第2端のうちの1つに前記長手方向軸に沿って取り付けられた、少なくとも1つの許容差除去要素を含んでおり、前記許容差除去要素は、前記第1コンポーネントに隣接する近位端と、前記近位端に対向する遠位端とを有し、前記許容差除去要素は、前記許容差除去要素の前記近位端と前記遠位端との間で前記長手方向軸に平行に延在する約3mm〜約20mmの平均長さHを有し、前記許容差除去要素は、前記軟質プラスチック材料によって少なくとも部分的にオーバーモールディングされており、前記許容差除去要素は、前記許容差除去要素によって前記ハウジングが前記ハウジングの前記長さLに対して約0.006%〜約0.03%の長さ方向の許容差を有するように構成されている、ハウジング。 - 前記第1硬質プラスチック材料は、色、不透明度、多孔率、及び硬度からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種類の特性において、第2硬質プラスチック材料とは異なっている、請求項10に記載のハウジング。
- 前記第1硬質プラスチック材料及び前記第2硬質プラスチック材料のうちの少なくとも1つは少なくとも部分的に透明又は不透明であり、他方は不透明であり、任意で、前記軟質プラスチック材料は不透明であり、具体的には、前記許容差除去要素は前記軟質プラスチック材料によって完全にオーバーモールディングされている、請求項10又は11に記載のハウジング。
- 前記軟質プラスチック材料は、前記許容差除去要素の前記遠位端を超えて前記遠位端から約0.5mm〜約3mmの距離まで延伸している、請求項10〜12のいずれか一項に記載のハウジング。
- 前記第2硬質プラスチック材料は、前記第1硬質プラスチック材料を少なくとも部分的にオーバーモールディングしており、任意で、前記軟質プラスチック材料は、前記第1硬質プラスチック材料を少なくとも部分的にオーバーモールディングしている、請求項10〜13のうちの1つに記載のハウジング。
