Claims (14)
- 第1の内側バルーン(4)と、該第1のバルーン(4)を完全に内包する第2の外側バルーン(5)と、前記バルーン(4、5)を互いに独立して加圧可能にする、前記第1及び第2のバルーン(4、5)に通じる、前記カテーテル内の分離した供給ラインと、ガイドワイヤのための中央ルーメン(3)とを備えた、バルーンカテーテル、特に開窓部におけるステントの拡幅のためのバルーンカテーテルであって、
拡張状態において、前記両バルーン(4、5)が、前記遠位領域(D)に対して拡張された直径を近位領域(P)に有することを特徴とする、
バルーンカテーテル。 - 前記バルーン(4、5)には、漸次的変化又は階段状の構成が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記両バルーン(4、5)の前記近位領域(P)が、前記遠位領域(D)に対して30%〜100%拡張されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記拡大された近位領域(P)のフランク(6、7)が、急勾配で立ち上がることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記フランクの立ち上がりが、前記カテーテルの軸に対して45〜75°の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 拡張状態において、前記内側バルーン(4)が、前記近位領域(P)と前記遠位領域(D)との間の移行領域(F)において、前記外側バルーン(5)より大きい直径を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記内側バルーン(4)が、前記移行領域(F)において、前記遠位領域(D)と比較して25%〜40%拡張されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記フランクの立ち上がりが、前記近位領域(P)の両側において均一であることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記第1のバルーン(4)が、前記遠位領域(D)において前記第2のバルーン(5)に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記第1のバルーン(4)が、前記遠位領域(D)において前記第2のバルーン(5)に溶接されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記第1のバルーン(4)が、前記遠位領域(D)の全長にわたり、前記第2のバルーン(5)に溶接されていることを特徴とする、請求項9又は10に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記第1のバルーン(4)が、前記遠位領域(D)において前記第2のバルーン(5)にスポット溶接されており、前記第2のバルーン(5)の前記近位領域(P)が、溶接シームによって前記第2のバルーン(5)の前記遠位領域(D)から分離されていることを特徴とする、請求項9又は10に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記第1のバルーン(4)が、前記遠位領域(D)に縮径部(8)を有し、ピークの接点(9)で前記第2のバルーン(5)に溶接されていることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 圧着されたステントを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
