前記伸長部の末端上で、前記第1のルーメンと連通する内部を有する第1膨張可能部と、

前記第1膨張可能部を囲む第1の部位と、前記第2膨張可能部を囲む第2の部位とを有する人工器官とを備え、

前記膨張させられた第2の部位が、前記ブランチルーメンの中に配置される前記第1の部位を伴う小孔を囲む前記主要ルーメンの壁に連結する程度の十分な力で、前記末端を前記小孔に案内し、
前記人工器官の前記第1の部位を膨張させ、前記ブランチルーメンの壁と接触するように、前記第1膨張部を膨張させ、
前記第1及び第2膨張可能部を収縮させる方法。 - 前記人工器官の前記膨張させられた第2の部位は、前記末端が前記小孔に案内される時、少なくとも部分的に小孔に適合するように変形される請求項30の方法。
- 前記第1膨張可能部は、前記第2膨張可能部を膨張させる前に、膨張させられる請求項30の方法。
- 前記第1及び第2膨張可能部は、実質的に同時に、膨張又は収縮する請求項30の方法。
- さらに、さらに前記人工器官を膨張させるように前記第1及び第2膨張可能部の少なくとも1つを膨張させる前に、人工器官が少なくとも部分的に弾性的に膨張するように、前記人工器官の少なくとも一部を開放することを含む請求項30の方法。
