Abstract
Description
(a)ポリブチレンアジペートテレフタレートと、
(b)PBAT樹脂組成物の全重量に対して重量含有量が1ppm−500ppmの鉄元素とを含むことを特徴とする。
前記光安定剤はヒンダードアミン系光安定剤であり、具体的には、UV−944、UV−234、770DF、328、531のうちの1種又は2種以上の混合物が挙げられ、
前記耐衝撃性変性剤はPTW、スチレン−エチレン/ブテン−スチレンブロック共重合体SEBSのうちの1種又は2種の混合物であり、
前記難燃剤は赤リン、OP1240、OP1230のうちの1種又は2種以上の混合物であり、
前記蛍光増白剤はビス(トリアジニル)アミノスチルベン 、チタン白のうちの1種又は2種の混合物であり、
前記潤滑剤はタルク粉、エチレンビスステアリン酸アミドEBS、エルカ酸アミド、ステアリン酸亜鉛、シリコーンオイルのうちの1種又は2種以上の混合物であり、
前記可塑剤はグリセリン、クエン酸、クエン酸ブチル、エポキシダイズ油等のうちの1種又は2種以上の混合物であり、
前記帯電防止剤は永久帯電防止剤であり、具体的には、PELESTAT−230、PELESTAT−6500、SUNNICO ASA−2500のうちの1種又は2種以上の混合物が挙げられ、
前記離型剤はシリコーンオイル、パラフィン、ホワイトミネラルオイル、ワセリンのうちの1種又は2種以上の混合物であり、
前記顔料はカーボンブラック、ブラックマスターバッチ、チタン白、硫化亜鉛、フタロシアニンブルー、蛍光オレンジのうちの1種又は2種以上の混合物である。
秤量したテレフタル酸と1,4−ブタンジオールを反応釜に投入して、220〜240℃に昇温し、テレフタル酸が完全に反応されるまで反応させ、秤量したアジピン酸を反応釜に投入して、180〜220℃でアジピン酸が完全に反応されるまで反応させ続け、適量の触媒と安定剤を投入して、30〜60分間かけて反応釜内の圧力を50Pa以下に低下させ、220〜260℃で所定の粘度になるまで反応させると、撹拌を停止して、反応釜に高純度窒素ガスを導入し、樹脂を反応釜から押し出して造粒し、PBAT樹脂を得た。テレフタル酸とアジピン酸の投入量を変化することにより、ブチレンテレフタレート単位の含有量が異なるPBAT樹脂が得られ得る。
式中、T%はブチレンテレフタレート単位の含有量、
S8.1は1H NMRスペクトルの8.1ppmでの吸収ピークの面積、
S2.3は1H NMRスペクトルの2.3ppmでの吸収ピークの面積である。
表1に示す処方に基づいて、PBAT樹脂、含鉄化合物、酸化防止剤1010、エルカ酸アミド、光安定剤UV−944、耐衝撃性変性剤PTW、難燃剤OP1240、蛍光増白剤チタン白、潤滑剤としてタルク粉、可塑剤としてクエン酸ブチル、帯電防止剤PELESTAT−230、離型剤としてシリコーンオイル、顔料としてカーボンブラック50L等のその他助剤を均一に混合した後、単軸押出機に投入して、170℃−210℃で押し出して造粒し、組成物を得た。性能のテストデータは表1に示される。
(1)色:造粒した球状粒子について、北京市興光測色器社製のDC−P3自動測色色差計を用いてテストした。
(2)鉄元素の重量含有量は下記方法によりテストされた。
粉砕したサンプル0.1gを秤量して、マイクロ波分解缶に投入し、硝酸5mLを加えてサンプルを完全に没入させて、次に過酸化水素1.0mLをゆっくり滴下して、2min反応させた後、蓋をかけて、分解缶を密閉させ、マイクロ波分解炉に入れて分解して。室温に冷却させた後、分解缶における溶液を0.45μm濾過膜で濾過してメスフラスコに移し替え、蒸留水で50mLになるまで希釈する。Agilent Technologies 700 Series ICP−OESでテストした。
Claims (8)
- ポリブチレンアジペートテレフタレート樹脂組成物であって、成分として、
(a)ポリブチレンアジペートテレフタレートと、
(b)PBAT樹脂組成物の全重量に対して重量含有量が1ppm−500ppmの鉄元素とを含むことを特徴とするポリブチレンアジペートテレフタレート樹脂組成物。 - 粉砕したサンプル0.1gを秤量して、マイクロ波分解缶に投入し、硝酸5mLを加えてサンプルを浸入させて、次に過酸化水素1.0mLをゆっくり滴下して、2min反応させた後、蓋をかけて、分解缶を密閉させ、マイクロ波分解炉に入れて分解して、室温に冷却させた後、分解缶における溶液を0.45μm濾過膜で濾過してメスフラスコに移し替え、蒸留水で50mLになるまで希釈して、ICP−OESを用いてテストするマイクロ波分解−ICP−OES法によって、前記鉄元素の重量含有量をテストすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリブチレンアジペートテレフタレート樹脂組成物。
- ポリブチレンアジペートテレフタレート樹脂組成物の全重量に対して、鉄元素の重量含有量は10ppm−250ppm、好ましくは30ppm−80ppmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリブチレンアジペートテレフタレート樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリブチレンアジペートテレフタレート樹脂において、ブチレンテレフタレート単位の重量含有量T%は35wt%−65wt%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリブチレンアジペートテレフタレート樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリブチレンアジペートテレフタレート樹脂のメルトインデックスは、GB/T 3682−2000に準じて、温度190℃、荷重5Kgの条件において8g/10min−25g/10minであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリブチレンアジペートテレフタレート樹脂組成物。
- 前記鉄元素は、三酸化二鉄、四酸化三鉄、酸化第一鉄、硫酸第一鉄、硫酸第二鉄、硫酸第二鉄アンモニウム、硫酸第一鉄アンモニウム、硝酸第一鉄、硝酸鉄、塩化第一鉄、塩化鉄、三酸化二鉄または四酸化三鉄から選ばれる1種又は複数種の含鉄化合物に由来することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリブチレンアジペートテレフタレート樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリブチレンアジペートテレフタレート樹脂組成物はさらに、抗酸化剤、光安定剤、耐衝撃性変性剤、難燃剤、蛍光増白剤、潤滑剤、可塑剤、帯電防止剤、離型剤、顔料のうちの1種又は2種以上であるほかの助剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリブチレンアジペートテレフタレート樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリブチレンアジペートテレフタレート樹脂組成物は、沸騰水で24時間と48時間劣化した後、b値の変化が2より小さいことを特徴とする請求項1−7のいずれか1項に記載のポリブチレンアジペートテレフタレート樹脂組成物。
