Claims (16)
- 対象(12)をコーティングするための塗装ユニット(24)を有する塗装装置であって、塗装ユニット(24)が1つ又は複数の回転可能な構成部品を有する、塗装装置において、
少なくとも1つの測定装置(40、42、50、52)が設けられており、前記測定装置が前記塗装ユニット(24)の振動を検出するように形成されている、ことを特徴とする塗装装置。 - 前記測定装置(40、42)が、マイクロフォンとして形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塗装装置。
- 前記マイクロフォンが指向性マイクロフォンとして形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の塗装装置。
- 前記指向性マイクロフォンが移動可能に形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の塗装装置。
- 前記測定装置(50、52)が、固体音を記録するため、又は振動記録器として、好ましくは加速度測定器の形式で、形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の塗装装置。
- 前記塗装装置が、前記塗装ユニット(24)を支持する操作ユニット(22)を有し、かつ
操作ユニット(22)が測定装置(50)を搭載している、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の塗装装置。 - 前記塗装ユニット(24)が測定装置(50)を搭載している、ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の塗装装置。
- 前記測定装置(40、50)が、前記塗装装置のハウジング部分に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の塗装装置。
- 前記塗装ユニット(24)のための清掃装置(30)が設けられており、かつ
前記清掃装置(30)が測定装置(52)を搭載している、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の塗装装置。 - 前記測定装置が、前記清掃装置(30)の清掃チャンバ(32)内に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の塗装装置。
- 少なくとも1つの塗装ユニット(24)によって対象(12)をコーティングするための1つ又は複数の塗装装置を有し、前記塗装ユニットが1つ又は複数の回転可能な構成部品を有する、コーティング設備(2)において、
前記少なくとも1つの塗装ユニット(24)の振動を検出するために、少なくとも1つの測定装置(40、42、50、52)が設けられている、ことを特徴とするコーティング設備。 - 塗装ユニット(24)によって対象(12)をコーティングする方法において、
少なくとも1つの測定装置(40、42、50、52)によって塗装ユニット(24)の振動が検出される、ことを特徴とするコーティングする方法。 - 前記測定装置(40、42、50、52)によって検出される測定値を用いて、前記塗装ユニット(24)の固有周波数値が定められる、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記塗装ユニット(24)の振動が、前記塗装ユニット(24)の少なくとも1つの作業位置において検出される、ことを特徴とする請求項12又は13に記載の方法。
- 前記塗装ユニット(24)が定められた測定位置へ移動され、かつ
前記測定位置において前記塗装ユニット(24)の振動が検出される、
ことを特徴とする請求項12から14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 塗装ユニット(24)が清掃位置へ移動され、前記清掃位置内で塗装ユニット(24)が清掃装置(30)によって清掃可能であり、かつ
塗装ユニット(24)の振動が、清掃位置において検出される、
ことを特徴とする請求項12から15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
