Abstract
Description
ヒートシンク部と、
前記ヒートシンク部のLED取り付け面に取り付けられたLED装置とを有し、
前記ヒートシンク部は、少なくとも第1部分と第2部分とを有するマルチパートヒートシンクの前記第1部分を構成し、
前記ヒートシンク部は、前記第2のヒートシンク部の対応する受け開口に受けられる外側表面を有し、
前記ヒートシンク部は、電気的に絶縁され、熱的に伝導性の周辺部内に組み込まれた導電性キャリアを含む。
上記のLEDモジュールと、
第2のヒートシンク部とを有し、第2のヒートシンク部はLEDモジュールのヒートシンク部を受け入れる開口を有する。
前記ヒートシンク部を有するLEDモジュールを、前記第2のヒートシンク部の受け入れ開口から分離することと、
新しいLEDモジュールのヒートシンク部を、前記第2のヒートシンク部の受け入れ開口に挿入することとを含む。
Claims (14)
- ヒートシンク部と、
前記ヒートシンク部のLED取り付け面に取り付けられたLED装置とを有し、
前記ヒートシンク部は、少なくとも第1部分と第2部分とを有するマルチパートヒートシンクの前記第1部分を構成し、
前記ヒートシンク部は、第2のヒートシンク部の対応する受け開口に受けられる外側表面を有し、
前記ヒートシンク部は、電気的に絶縁され、熱的に伝導性の周辺部内に組み込まれた導電性キャリアを含む、
LEDモジュール。 - 前記電気的に絶縁され熱的に伝導性の周辺部はプラスチックを含む、
請求項1に記載のLEDモジュール。 - 前記導電性キャリアは、少なくとも二つの電気的に分離された部分を有し、前記LED装置は前記導電性キャリアの各部分に電気的に接続されたアノードとカソードとを有する、
請求項1または2に記載のLEDモジュール。 - 前記LED装置は、前記少なくとも二つの電気的に分離された部分の間の接合上に取り付けられる、
請求項1に記載のLEDモジュール。 - 前記導電性キャリアの少なくとも二つの電気的に分離された部分の一方または両方に電気的に接続された電気的コネクタを有する、
請求項1に記載のLEDモジュール。 - 前記ヒートシンク部は、底部と、前記LED取り付け面が確成される頂部とを有し、前記ヒートシンク部は底部から頂部へ先細りになっている、
請求項1または2に記載のLEDモジュール。 - 車載照明モジュールを有する、
請求項1または2に記載のLEDモジュール。 - 請求項1または2に記載のLEDモジュールと、
前記ヒートシンク部が第1部分を構成するマルチパートヒートシンクの第2のヒートシンク部とを有する、
LEDシステム。 - 前記第2のヒートシンク部の開口は先細りのチャネルを有する、
請求項8に記載のLEDシステム。 - 前記LEDモジュールのヒートシンク部と前記第2のヒートシンク部とは、前記ヒートシンク部が前記開口に受けられたとき、互いに物理的に接触する、又はエアギャップだけ離れている、
請求項8に記載のLEDシステム。 - 光学コンポーネントをさらに有し、
前記LEDモジュールは第1の接続手段を有し、前記光学コンポーネントは第2の接続手段を有し、前記第1と第2の接続手段は共に接続されるように構成されている、
請求項8に記載のLEDシステム。 - 前記LEDモジュールと前記第2のヒートシンク部とはそれぞれ一組のフィンとエアフローチャネルとを有し、前記LEDモジュールのヒートシンク部が前記第2のヒートシンク部の開口に受け入れられたとき、前記LEDモジュールの、及び前記第2のヒートシンク部の、フィンとエアフローチャネルとはアライメントされる、
請求項8に記載のLEDシステム。 - 請求項8に記載のLEDシステムを有し、
前記LEDモジュールは交換可能である、
