Abstract
Description
半剛性(semi−rigid)材料で作製され、1対の(a pair of、1組の)長辺及び1対の短辺を有する長方形状の複数の第1ブレードと;
前記第1ブレードの各対を前記長辺に沿って連結する1対のテキスタイル膜(textile memburanes)と;
を備え、
前記複数の第1ブレードの各々は、四辺形状(quadrilateral shape)の少なくとも1つの第2ブレードであって、前記複数の第1ブレードのうちの1つと前記少なくとも1つの第2ブレードとの間の接触線に沿って、前記短辺のうちの1つに折り畳み式に(in a folding manner)連結された、前記少なくとも1つの第2ブレードを備え;
前記パネルが開くと、前記複数の第1ブレードと、それらを接合する前記1対のテキスタイル膜とによって横方向に(laterally、側面に沿って)区切られた垂直管状中空領域(vertical(縦の) tubular hollow areas)を形成する、

フレキシブル膜を複数の第1長方形半剛性ブレードの長い外側縁(lateral edges)の各々に接合する(joining)段階(phase)と;
前記複数の第1ブレードと、それらを接合する前記1対のテキスタイル膜とによって横方向に区切られた垂直管状領域を形成するために、前記複数の第1長方形半剛性ブレードの各々の短辺に沿って、少なくとも1つの第2ブレードを、前記複数の第1ブレードと前記少なくとも1つの第2ブレードとの間の接触線に沿って折り畳み式に接合する段階と;
を含む、フレキシブルパネルの製造方法により達成される。

Claims (10)
- フレキシブルパネルであって、
半剛性材料で作製され、1対の長辺(12)及び1対の短辺(13)を有する長方形状の複数の第1ブレード(11)と、
前記第1ブレード(11)の各対を前記長辺(12)に沿って連結する1対のテキスタイル膜(15)と、
を備え、
前記複数の第1ブレード(11)の各々は、四辺形状の少なくとも1つの第2ブレード(14)であって、前記複数の第1ブレード(11)のうちの1つと前記少なくとも1つの第2ブレード(14)との間の接触線に沿って、前記短辺(13)のうちの1つに折り畳み式に連結された、前記少なくとも1つの第2ブレード(14)を備え、
前記パネルが開くと、前記複数の第1ブレード(11)と、それらを接合する前記1対のテキスタイル膜(15)とによって横方向に区切られた垂直管状中空領域(30)を形成する、
フレキシブルパネル。 - 前記第2ブレード(14)が、前記複数の第1ブレード(11)の前記短辺(13)の幅に等しい幅と、前記長辺(12)に沿って前記第1ブレード(11)の各対を中間プレフォルド(24)に沿って折り畳み式に連結する、前記フレキシブル膜(15)の長さ以上の長さと、を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフレキシブルパネル。
- 前記複数の第1ブレード(11)の各々が、前記短辺(13)の各対に折り畳み式に連結された、四辺形状の、1対の第2ブレード(14)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜2のいずれか1項に記載のフレキシブルパネル。
- 前記第1ブレード(11)の各対が、前記テキスタイル膜(15)の対によって互いに接合され、四辺形状の前記少なくとも1つの第2ブレード(14)が前記短辺(13)のうちの1つに折り畳み式に連結され、前記第2ブレード(14)は、折り曲げられると、前記テキスタイル膜(15)の対によって互いに接合された前記第1ブレード(11)の前記対によって横方向に区切られた管状領域(30)の一側面を閉じることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のフレキシブルパネル。
- 前記複数の第1ブレード(11)、前記テキスタイル膜(15)の対、及び前記複数の第1ブレード(11)の各々のための前記少なくとも1つの第2ブレード(14)は、コンサーティーナのように圧縮され得るフレキシブルパネルを形成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のフレキシブルパネル。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第2ブレード(14)の各々が、実質的に前記少なくとも1つの第2ブレード(14)の中央に配置された少なくとも1つのスリット(23)を備え、前記少なくとも1つのスリット(23)と協働するように適合された(adapted to cooperate with)フロントフラップ(22)を更に備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のフレキシブルパネル。
- 前記テキスタイル膜(15)の対が前記第1ブレード(11)の長さに等しい長さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のフレキシブルパネル。
- 前記少なくとも1つのスリット(23)が、互いに90°の角度をなし、前記短辺(13)の後方における、前記第2ブレード(14)の角と、前記第2ブレード(14)の中心とを結ぶ線上に実質的に配置される2つのスリットを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のフレキシブルパネル。
- 前記複数の第1ブレード(11)の各々が少なくとも長手方向リブを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のフレキシブルパネル。
- フレキシブルパネルの製造方法であって、
フレキシブル膜(15)を複数の第1長方形半剛性ブレード(11)の長い外側縁(12)の各々に接合するステップと、
前記複数の第1ブレード(11)と、それらを接合する前記1対のテキスタイル膜(15)とによって横方向に区切られた垂直管状領域(30)を形成するために、前記複数の第1長方形半剛性ブレード(11)の各々の短辺に沿って、少なくとも1つの第2ブレード(14)を、前記複数の第1ブレード(11)と前記少なくとも1つの第2ブレード(14)との間の接触線に沿って折り畳み式に接合するステップと、
を含む、フレキシブルパネルの製造方法。
