Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 導電性を有する第1のタイプの印刷材料と、電気絶縁性を有する第2のタイプの印刷材料とを含む3D印刷物を印刷する方法であって、
電気絶縁性を有し、熱によって導電性を有する材料に変換可能である印刷可能な材料を提供するステップと、
3Dプリンタで前記印刷可能な材料を印刷して印刷材料を生成するステップと、
前記印刷材料の一部を熱にかけて前記第1のタイプの印刷材料を生成することによって、前記3D印刷物を提供するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記第1のタイプの印刷材料は、少なくとも0.01S/cmの導電率を有し、前記第2のタイプの印刷材料は、最大1.10−5S/cmの導電率を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記3Dプリンタは、導電性を有する前記第1のタイプの印刷材料を提供するために、導電性ではない前記印刷材料の一部をレーザ放射線で照射するレーザユニットを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記印刷可能な材料は、高分子材料を含むホスト材料と、グラファイト及びグラフェンの1つ又は複数とを含み、前記印刷可能な材料は、電気絶縁性を有し、前記方法は、前記印刷可能な材料を印刷するステップと、前記印刷材料を照射することによって前記印刷材料の前記ホスト材料の少なくとも一部を除去して、導電性を有する前記第1のタイプの印刷材料を提供するステップとを含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記印刷可能な材料は、グラファイト薄片及びグラフェン薄片の1つ又は複数を含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記印刷可能な材料は、高分子材料を含むホスト材料と、酸化グラファイト及び酸化グラフェンの1つ又は複数とを含み、前記方法は、前記印刷可能な材料を印刷するステップと、前記印刷材料を照射することによって前記酸化グラファイト及び前記酸化グラフェンの1つ又は複数の少なくとも一部を還元して、導電性を有する前記第1のタイプの印刷材料を提供するステップとを含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記印刷可能な材料は、酸化グラファイト薄片及び酸化グラフェン薄片の1つ又は複数を含む高分子を含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 導電性を有する第1のタイプの印刷材料と、電気絶縁性を有する第2のタイプの印刷材料を含む請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の方法によって得られる3D印刷物であって、導電性を有する前記第1のタイプの印刷材料は、グラファイト及びグラフェンの1つ又は複数を含み、電気絶縁性を有する前記第2のタイプの印刷材料は、グラファイト、酸化グラファイト、グラフェン、及び酸化グラフェンの1つ又は複数を含み、前記第1のタイプの印刷材料は、少なくとも0.01S/cmの導電率を有し、前記第2のタイプの印刷材料は、最大1.10−5S/cmの導電率を有する、3D印刷物。
- 3D印刷物を印刷する3Dプリンタであって、前記3D印刷物は、導電性を有する第1のタイプの印刷材料と、電気絶縁性を有する第2のタイプの印刷材料とを含み、前記3Dプリンタは、3D印刷可能な材料のための貯蔵部と、受け取り物品へ前記3D印刷可能な材料を印刷するための3Dプリンタ出口を含むプリンタヘッドとを含み、前記3D印刷可能な材料は電気絶縁性を有し、前記3D印刷可能な材料は、熱によって導電性を有する材料に変換可能であり、前記3Dプリンタは、堆積後の印刷材料を熱にかけて前記第1のタイプの印刷材料を生成することによって前記3D印刷物を提供するため、電気絶縁性を有する前記印刷可能な材料を、導電性を有する材料に変換する、変換ユニットをさらに含む、3Dプリンタ。
- 前記3Dプリンタは熱溶解積層式プリンタであり、前記変換ユニットは、UV放射線、VIS放射線、及びIR放射線の1つ又は複数を前記印刷材料に提供する放射ユニットを含む、請求項9に記載の3Dプリンタ。
