Abstract
Description
一次水注入回路に接続されている、ポリマーが測量される湿潤コーンと、
コーンの下端の、分散されたポリマーを粉砕および排水するためのチャンバと、
コーンの下端の、チャンバの外周の全てまたは一部を覆う、二次水回路により供給されるリングとを備え、
チャンバは、
モータにより駆動されるロータ、および
50〜1200ミクロンの有利な幅のスロットを備える固定されたステータ
を含み、
リングは、加圧水のステータ上への噴射を保証するようにチャンバと連通する。
‐表面にブレードがフライス加工によって成形された支持体。この場合、ロータは、その全体が上述の材料から作製される。
‐炭化タングステン製のブレードが上に提供された板で構成されるブレードが表面に存在する支持体。
その上部が、最も一般には計量スクリューを用いることによって標準的な粒径のポリマーを測量するカラム(2)に接続され、その底部が、オーバーフロー(4)を送出する、一次水注入回路(3)に接続されている、湿潤コーン(1)と、
コーンの下端にあるアセンブリ(5)とを備え、アセンブリ(5)は、
分散されたポリマーを粉砕および排水する(図2)ためのチャンバ(6)と、
チャンバの外周の全てまたは一部を覆う、二次水回路(12)により供給されるリング(11)とを備え、
チャンバ(6)は、
ブレード(9)を備え、モータ(8)により駆動されるロータ(7)、およびステータ(10)を含み、
リング(11)は、ステータ(10)上に加圧水を噴射するためにスロット(13)によってチャンバ(6)と連通する。
Claims (9)
- 粒径が1.5mm未満の水溶性ポリマーを分散させるための装置であって、前記装置は、
一次水注入回路に接続されている、ポリマーが測量される湿潤コーンと、
前記コーンの下端の、分散された前記ポリマーを粉砕および排水するためのチャンバと、
前記コーンの下端の、前記チャンバの外周の全てまたは一部を覆う、二次水回路により供給されるリングとを備え、
前記チャンバは、
ブレードを備え、モータにより駆動されるロータ、および
スロットを含む固定されたステータ
を含み、
前記リングは、
加圧水の前記ステータ上への噴射を保証するように前記チャンバと連通し、
前記ステータの前記スロットおよび/または前記ロータの前記ブレードは、前記ステータの水平面に対して20°〜80°の角度で傾斜されることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記ステータのスロットおよび/または前記ロータのブレードが、前記ステータの水平面に対して30°〜70°の角度で傾斜されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記ステータのスロットおよび/または前記ロータのブレードが、前記ステータの水平面に対して40°〜60°の角度で傾斜されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の装置。
- 前記スロットが直線的で互いに対して平行であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記スロットおよび前記ブレードが傾斜され、この2つの傾きは対称に逆向きであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ステータのスロットが傾斜され、前記ロータのブレードが前記ステータの水平面に垂直であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ステータが円筒形状を有し、その壁の中で、前記スロットは前記壁の高さの一部に切り込まれることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ステータにおける前記スロットが50〜1200ミクロンの幅を有し、
前記ステータの壁が5mm〜30mmの厚さを有し、
前記ステータの高さが20mm〜100mmであり、
前記ステータの直径が100mm〜500mmであり、
前記ステータの前記スロットの数が50〜1500であり、
前記ステータにおける前記スロットが、1mm〜50mmの距離で規則的に離間されており、
前記スロットが10mm〜100mmの長さを有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記ロータのブレードの自由端と前記ステータのスロットとが離間する距離が50〜300ミクロンであることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
