Abstract

Un dispositivo para dispersar un polímero soluble en agua, que comprende: un cono de humectación (1) conectado en la parte superior del mismo a una columna (2) que dosifica el polímero de tamaño de partícula estándar, generalmente por medio de un tornillo dosificador, donde el cono (1) está conectado a un circuito primario de entrada de agua (3) que alimenta un desagüe (4); en el extremo inferior del cono, un conjunto (5) que comprende: una cámara (6) para moler y drenar (Figura 2) el polímero dispersado, que comprende: un rotor (7) accionado por un motor (8) provisto de aspas (9), un estator (10), sobre toda o parte de la periferia de la cámara, un anillo (11) alimentado por un circuito de agua secundaria (12), donde el anillo (11) está comunicado con la cámara (6) por medio de ranuras (13) para pulverizar agua presurizada sobre el estator (10), caracterizado porque las ranuras del estator (10) y/o las aspas (9) del rotor (7) están inclinadas en un ángulo de entre 20º y 80º, con relación al plano horizontal del estator (10).
