それぞれの前記異種生体組職片(11)を隣り合うようにして円筒形に形成し、それぞれの前記異種生体組職片(11)の両端を互いに触れ合うようにした後、外側に露出させて第2連結糸(2)で垂直方向に縫って連結し、それぞれの前記異種生体組職片(11)の両端を折って折畳部(14)を形成した弁膜導管(10)を完成し、超弾性形状記憶合金からなったワイヤ(21)を円筒状の円周方向と長手方向に網状に交差させて多数の空間(22)が形成された円筒状胴体(23)と、前記円筒状胴体(23)の両端から外側に拡張した拡張部(24)とからなるワイヤステント(20)を準備し、前記ワイヤステント(20)の内部に弁膜導管(10)を挿入した後、第3連結糸(3)で空間(22)及び外側組職片(13)及び固定片(12b)を水平方向に縫って連結して弁膜導管ステント(30)を完成し、前記弁膜導管ステント(30)を通常的に使うクリンパー(Crimper)で圧着した後、カテーテル(50)のフック部(51)に係止し、前記フック部(51)の移動によってカテーテル(50)の外部チューブ(52)に挿入することを特徴とする、心嚢膜を用いた人工心臓弁膜の製造方法。 - 第1、第2及び第3連結糸(1、2、3)は‘∞’の形態に繰り返されるように縫うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の心嚢膜を用いた人工心臓弁膜の製造方法。
- 前記第2連結糸(2)は第1連結糸(1)の両端まで縫うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の心嚢膜を用いた人工心臓弁膜の製造方法。
- 前記拡張部(24)は、突出長が長い係止用折曲端(24a)と、前記係止用折曲端(24a)より突出長が短い非係止用折曲端(24b)とが繰り返し形成されてなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の心嚢膜を用いた人工心臓弁膜の製造方法。
- 前記外側組職片(13)の長さは円筒状胴体(23)の長さと同じに形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の心嚢膜を用いた人工心臓弁膜の製造方法。
- 前記弁膜導管ステント(30)は、胸を一部切開して心臓の大動脈弁膜又は心臓の肺動脈弁膜に施術する方式で使われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の心嚢膜を用いた人工心臓弁膜の製造方法。
- 前記弁膜導管ステント(30)は脚の大腿部動脈又は脚の大腿部静脈に沿って挿入して心臓の大動脈弁膜又は心臓の肺動脈弁膜に施術する方式で使われる特徴とする、請求項1に記載の心嚢膜を用いた人工心臓弁膜の製造方法。
- 前記フック部(51)は、一端がカテーテル(50)のガイドチップ(54)と結合され、他端がカテーテル(50)の内部チューブ(53)に結合される胴体(51a)と、前記胴体(51a)から突設され、前記拡張部(24)の係止用折曲端(24a)が係止される二等弁三角形のフック(51b’)が備えられ、前記フック(51b’)に係止された拡張部(24)の係止用折曲端(24a)が装着される装着面(51b’’)が備えられたフック端(51b)とからなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の心嚢膜を用いた人工心臓弁膜の製造方法。
- 前記フック(51b’)の角は丸く形成され、前記装着面(51b’’)は水平に形成されることを特徴とする心嚢膜を用いた、請求項8に記載の人工心臓弁膜の製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載の人工心臓弁膜の製造方法によって製造されたことを特徴とする、心嚢膜を用いた人工心臓弁膜。
- 第1、第2及び第3連結糸(1、2、3)は‘∞’の形態に繰り返されるように縫うことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の心嚢膜を用いた人工心臓弁膜。
- 前記第2連結糸(2)は第1連結糸1の両端まで縫うことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の心嚢膜を用いた人工心臓弁膜。
- 前記拡張部(24)は、突出長が長い係止用折曲端(24a)と、前記係止用折曲端(24a)より突出長が短い非係止用折曲端(24b)とが繰り返し形成されてなることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の心嚢膜を用いた人工心臓弁膜。
- 前記外側組職片(13)の長さは円筒状胴体(23)の長さと同じに形成されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の心嚢膜を用いた人工心臓弁膜。
- 前記弁膜導管ステント(30)は、胸を一部分切開して心臓の大動脈弁膜又は心臓の肺動脈弁膜に施術する方式で使われることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の心嚢膜を用いた人工心臓弁膜。
