Claims (14)
- ハウジング(7)と、前記ハウジング(7)内に回転可能に取り付けられる少なくとも1つの搬送用スクリュー(5)とを有し、搬送用空間が前記ハウジング(7)の内側と前記搬送用スクリュー(5)との間に形成される、スタッフィングスクリュー(2)において、前記ハウジング(7)の前記内側の少なくとも1つの部分に1つまたは複数の凹部が設けられることを特徴とする、スタッフィングスクリュー(2)。
- 前記凹部が少なくとも1つの溝(13)の形態で設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスタッフィングスクリュー(2)。
- 前記搬送用スクリュー(5)の長手方向軸の方向に互いに離間される前記ハウジング(7)の前記内側の少なくとも2つの部分に凹部と、特に各場合において少なくとも1つの溝(13)とが設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のスタッフィングスクリュー(2)。
- 前記溝(13)が前記搬送用スクリューの長手方向軸に平行に延びることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載のスタッフィングスクリュー(2)。
- 前記溝(13)がらせん状に延びることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載のスタッフィングスクリュー(2)。
- 前記搬送用スクリュー(5)が少なくとも1つのらせん状に延びるスレッド(14)を有し、前記スレッド(14)の傾斜の方向が前記溝(13)の傾斜の方向と逆であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のスタッフィングスクリュー(2)。
- 前記溝(13)および前記スレッド(14)が、前記搬送用スクリュー(5)の長手方向軸(15)の前記方向から見たときに70°〜110°の角度(α)を挟むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のスタッフィングスクリュー(2)。
- 前記搬送用スクリュー(5)が少なくとも1つのらせん状に延びるスレッド(14)を有し、前記スレッド(14)の傾斜の方向および前記溝(13)の傾斜の方向が同一であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のスタッフィングスクリュー(2)。
- 前記らせん状に延びる溝(13)の傾斜が不均一であることを特徴とする、請求項5〜8のいずれか一項に記載のスタッフィングスクリュー(2)。
- 異なる傾斜の方向、傾斜および/または巻き線の数を有する複数のらせん状に延びる溝(13)を特徴とする、請求項5〜9のいずれか一項に記載のスタッフィングスクリュー(2)。
- 脱気用排出口を特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のスタッフィングスクリュー(2)。
- 押出機(1)と、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のスタッフィングスクリュー(2)とを有する押出機システム。
- 押出機(1)において搬送される粘弾性材料、特にエラストマーを脱気するための、請求項11に記載のスタッフィングスクリュー(2)の使用。
- 押出機において搬送される粘弾性材料、特にエラストマーを脱気する方法において、脱気が請求項12に記載の押出機システムにおいて実施されることを特徴とする、方法。
