Claims (11)
- 掘削機等の建設機械用油圧装置(100)であって、
前記建設機械の可動アームに接続されたまたは接続可能な支持構造体(1)と、
複数のビット(20)を有する一対の回転ドラム(2)と、を備え、
前記油圧装置(100)は、
対応するドラム(2)の移動のために夫々配置された一対の油圧モータ(3)と、
回転式分流器(4)と、をさらに備え、
前記分流器(4)は、
前記建設機械から供給される作動流体を受け入れるための少なくとも一つの吸入口(41)と、
前記一対の油圧モータ(3)に適切に分配された前記作動流体を供給するための一対の吐出口(42)と、を備えることを特徴とする、油圧装置(100)。 - 前記分流器(4)が、少なくとも二つの回転要素(402;402’)を備え、前記回転要素(402;402’)は、同軸に配置され且つ相互に回転可能に係合する、請求項1に記載の油圧装置(100)。
- 前記分流器(4)は、一対の油圧モータ(40’)を備え、前記回転要素は、前記油圧モータ(40’)の対応する出力シャフト(402’)によって形成される、請求項2に記載の油圧装置(100)。
- 前記分流器(4)は、前記出力シャフト(402’)に剛結され且つ前記出力シャフト(402’)を回転可能に係合させるフライホイール(45)を備える、請求項3に記載の油圧装置(100)。
- 前記回転要素(402)はギアであり、前記分流器(4)は少なくとも二つの対(40)のギア(401、402)を備え、各対(40)は前記吐出口(42)に夫々対応しており、一方の対のギア(402)は他方の対の対応するギアと同じシャフト(43)と噛み合う、請求項2に記載の油圧装置(100)。
- 前記分流器(4)は、前記吸入口(41)に対応するさらなる一対のギア(43)を備える、請求項5に記載の油圧装置(100)。
- 前記ドラム(2)は、単一の回転軸(X)回りで互いに独立して回転可能である、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の油圧装置(100)。
- 前記支持構造体は、前記分流器(4)を収容する拡大部分(10)と、前記油圧モータ(3)を少なくとも部分的に収容する端部(11)を備える、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の油圧装置(100)。
- 前記建設機械のアームの自由端に結合するための結合要素(5)を備える、請求項8に記載の油圧装置(100)。
- 前記結合要素(5)は、前記端部(11)に対向するように前記拡大部分(10)に配置される、請求項9に記載の油圧装置(100)。
- 前記結合要素(5)は、前記油圧装置(100)が前記可動アームに剛結されるように構成されている、請求項8または9に記載の油圧装置(100)。
