Claims (21)
- 胎盤関連組織に由来する細胞の初代培養において間葉系幹細胞(MSC)を区別する方法であって、EphA2のマーカーによって該細胞を単離することを含む、方法。
- 繊維芽細胞、胎盤由来上皮細胞、胎盤由来細網細胞、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される細胞集団からMSCを区別するための、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 繊維芽細胞からMSCを区別するための、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 胎盤関連組織が、羊膜、絨毛膜板(chorionic disk)、絨毛膜(chorionic membrane)および臍帯からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 単離する工程が、抗体ベースの、またはヌクレオチドベースの単離方法によって行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 胎盤関連組織に由来する細胞がMSCのための培養培地において培養される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 抗体ベースの単離方法が抗体ベースの磁気細胞選別または抗体ベースのフローサイトメトリーである、請求項5に記載の方法。
- ヌクレオチドベースの単離方法がヌクレオチドベースのフローサイトメトリーである、請求項5に記載の方法。

- 胎盤関連組織に由来する細胞がMSCのための培養培地において培養される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- MSC集団の純度が、単離工程後にP0で少なくとも95%である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 抗体ベースの単離方法が抗体ベースの磁気細胞選別または抗体ベースのフローサイトメトリーである、請求項11に記載の方法。
