Abstract
Description
図1に示されている本発明に係る難燃性人工芝100の基本スキーム又は断面図によると、難燃性材料を含む複数の人工繊維フィラメント101が、裏材102に取り付けられている。より詳細には、人工繊維フィラメント101は、裏材102を貫く人工繊維フィラメント束101'としてタフティングされている。一実施形態によれば、人工繊維フィラメント束101'は、1本〜32本の人工繊維フィラメント101を含む。裏材102は、限定はしないが、織られた(ポリオレフィン)テープの裏材としても、不織布としてもよい。タフティングされた裏材102の下には、ラテックス製の結合材を補足的な裏材103として、タフティングされた構造体をともに糊付けすることにより施すことができる。補足的な裏材103を用いると、人工繊維フィラメント101は、例えば、より良好に裏材102に取り付けられる又は固定される。この補足的な裏材103は、限定はしないが、ラテックス層、ポリオレフィンシート及びホットメルト糊コーティングから構成することができる。裏材102の厚さtは0.43 mm、好ましくは0.3 mm〜0.5 mmであり、一方、裏材102から延出するタフティングされた人工繊維フィラメント101の長さlは、少なくとも8 mm、好ましくは少なくとも15 mm、より好ましくは少なくとも20 mmである。全ての人工繊維フィラメント101は、おおよそ同じ伸長長さlを有するが、芝生全体では、この長さは、10 %〜20 %の範囲内で変化し得る。人工繊維フィラメント101は、限定はしないが、矩形、楕円形、三葉形又はC字形の断面から選択される断面を有し、寸法が、例えば、厚さ50 μm〜300 μm及び幅0.2 mm〜2 mmであることが好ましい。
難燃性製品を分類するのに用いられる主な欧州規格は、EN 13501-1、すなわちより具体的には、「the fire classification ofconstruction products and building elements using test data from reaction tofire tests(燃焼試験への反応からの試験データを用いた建設製品及び建築部材の燃焼性分類)」である。最高性能の難燃性の燃焼性クラスBflは、対応する規格化された試験手順EN ISO 9239-1及びEN ISO 11925-2が成功裏に実施され、必要とされる結果が得られた場合に達成される。
Claims (15)
- 人工繊維フィラメント(101、201、301)であって、ポリオレフィン材料(310)及びハロゲン系難燃性材料(311)を含む人工芝(100、200、320)を形成する、人工繊維フィラメント。
- 請求項1に記載の人工繊維フィラメント(101、201、301)であって、前記ハロゲン系難燃性材料(311)は臭素系難燃剤である、人工繊維フィラメント。
- 請求項2に記載の人工繊維フィラメント(101、201、301)であって、前記臭素系難燃剤は、該人工繊維フィラメント内に、1重量%〜30重量%若しくは2重量%〜25重量%若しくは3重量%〜23重量%存在する、人工繊維フィラメント。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の人工繊維フィラメント(101、201、301)であって、前記ポリオレフィン材料(310)はLLDPEである、人工繊維フィラメント。
- 複数の人工繊維フィラメント(101、201、301)と裏材(102、202、302)とを備える人工芝(100、200、320)であって、前記裏材(102、202、302)から延出する前記人工繊維フィラメント(101、201、301)は、ハロゲン系難燃性材料(311)を含む、人工芝。
- 請求項5に記載の人工芝(100、200、320)であって、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の人工繊維フィラメント(101、201、301)を備える、人工芝。
- 請求項5又は6に記載の人工芝(100、200、320)であって、前記人工繊維フィラメント(101、201、301)は、少なくとも8 mmの長さで前記裏材(102、202、302)から延出し、前記長さは、該人工芝にわたって、多くて20 %の範囲内で変動する、人工芝。
- 請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の人工芝(100、200、320)であって、前記裏材(102、202、302)は難燃性材料を含む、人工芝。
- 請求項8に記載の人工芝(100、200、320)であって、前記裏材(102、202、302)の前記難燃性材料は、ハロゲン系難燃性材料(311)である、人工芝。
- 請求項5〜9のいずれか1項に記載の人工芝(100、200、320)であって、EN 13501-1に従うと、少なくとも規格化されたBfl燃焼性クラスを満たす難燃性能を有する、人工芝。
- 請求項5〜10のいずれか1項に記載の人工芝(100、200、320)であって、0.4重量%未満のUV安定剤を含む、人工芝。
- 特に屋内用途の人工芝(100、200、320)を形成する、ハロゲン系難燃性材料(311)を含む人工繊維フィラメント(101、201、301)の使用。
- 人工繊維フィラメント(101、201、301)を製造する方法であって、(i)ポリオレフィン(310)を準備するステップと、(ii)ハロゲン系難燃性材料(311)を含む顆粒を前記ポリオレフィンに添加するとともに、混合物を形成するステップと、(iii)前記混合物からフィラメントを押出成形するステップとを含む、方法。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の人工繊維フィラメント(101、201、301)を製造する、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 請求項5〜11のいずれか1項に記載の人工芝(100、200、320)を製造する方法(300)であって、(i)人工繊維フィラメント(101、201、301)を準備するステップと、(ii)裏材(102、202、302)を準備するステップと、(iii)前記人工繊維フィラメント(101、201、301)を前記裏材(102、202、302)に取り付けるステップとを含む、方法。
