Abstract
Description
本発明の一形態によれば、ガラス繊維組成物を提供し、下記成分を含有し、各成分の含有量は重量百分率で以下のとおり示す:
Si02 58−64%
Al2O3 14−19%
CaO ≧8.8%、且つ<11.8%
MgO 7.5−11%
SrO 0.2−2.7%
Na20+K20 0.1−2%
Li20 0.05−0.9%
Fe203 0.05−1%
Ti02 0.05−1.1%
F2 <0.5%
Si02 59−62%
Al2O3 14.5−18%
CaO >10.5%、且つ<11.8%
MgO 8−10.5%
SrO 0.5−2%
Na20+K20 0.1−2%

本発明によるガラス繊維組成物は下記成分を含有し、各成分の含有量は重量百分率で次のとおり示す:
Si02 59−61.5%
Al2O3 14.5−16.5%
CaO 10.6−11.7%
MgO 8−10%
SrO 0.5−2%
Na20+K20 0.1−1%
Li20 0.05−0.7%
Fe203 0.05−0.7%
Ti02 0.05−0.8%
F2 <0.5%
(2)液相線温度:ガラス融体の冷却時の結晶核形成開始時の温度、即ちガラス失透の上限温度。
(3)ΔT値:即ち成形温度と液相線温度との差で、伸線成形可能の温度範囲を示す。
(4)晶析ピーク温度:DTA測定過程で、ガラスの晶析ピークに対応する温度である。一般的に、該温度が高いほど、結晶核の成長に必要なエネルギーが多くなり、ガラスの晶析傾向が弱くなる。
(5)屈折率:空気中の光速とガラス中の光速との比である。
(6)ヤング率:縦方向の弾性率であり、ガラスの弾性変形抵抗能力を表す。

- 下記成分を含有し、各成分の含有量は重量百分率で以下のとおり示す:

CaO ≧8.8%、且つ<11.8%

SrO 0.2−2.7%
Na20+K20 0.1−2%
Li20 0.05−0.9%
Fe203 0.05−1%
Ti02 0.05−1.1%
F2 <0.5%
且つ、比率値C1=(MgO+SrO)/CaOは、(MgO+SrO)の重量百分率とCaOの重量百分率との比率を示すが、比率値C1の範囲は0.75−1.1であり、比率値C2=CaO/MgOは、CaOの重量百分率とMgOの重量百分率との比率を示すが、比率値C2の範囲は1.4未満になることを特徴とするガラス繊維組成物。 - 前記比率値C2の範囲は1より高く、且つ1.3未満であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス繊維組成物。
- 前記比率値C1の範囲は0.8−1であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のガラス繊維組成物。
- 前記CaOの含有量範囲が10.5重量%より高く、且つ11.8重量%未満である、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のガラス繊維組成物。
- 各成分の含有量は重量百分率で以下のとおり示す:
Si02 59−62%
Al2O3 14.5−18%
CaO >10.5%、且つ<11.8%
MgO 8−10.5%
SrO 0.5−2%
Na20+K20 0.1−2%
Li20 0.05−0.9%

且つ、比率値C1=(MgO+SrO)/CaOは、(MgO+SrO)の重量百分率とCaOの重量百分率との比率を示すが、比率値C1の範囲は0.75−1.1であり、比率値C2=CaO/MgOは、CaOの重量百分率とMgOの重量百分率との比率を示すが、比率値C2の範囲は1.4未満になる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス繊維組成物。 - 各成分の含有量は重量百分率で以下のとおり示す:

- 請求項9に記載のガラス繊維を含む、ことを特徴とする複合材料。
