Abstract
【解決手段】ポンプピストン(22)とピストン回転誘導装置(38)とを備えた燃料高圧ポンプ(10)であって、ピストン回転誘導装置(38)が、ポンプピストン(22)の作動時に、それに沿ってポンプピストン(22)が並進運動する運動軸線(26)を中心にしたポンプピストン(22)の回転を誘導する、燃料高圧ポンプ(10)る。

Claims (10)
- 燃料噴射系において燃料を高圧で供給する燃料高圧ポンプ(10)であって、
ハウジング孔(14)を備えたハウジング(12)であって、前記ハウジング孔(14)が、1つの端部領域(16)に、内部に前記燃料が高圧で供給される圧力室(18)と、前記端部領域(16)に接続しておりポンプピストン(22)を案内する案内孔(20)とを形成しているハウジング(12)と、
前記案内孔(20)内において案内されるポンプピストン(22)であって、当該燃料高圧ポンプ(10)の作動時に前記案内孔(20)内において運動軸線(26)に沿って並進運動するポンプピストン(22)と、を有しており、
前記ポンプピストン(22)の作動時に、前記運動軸線(26)を中心にした前記ポンプピストン(22)の回転を誘導する、ピストン回転誘導装置(38)が設けられている、
燃料高圧ポンプ(10)。 - 前記案内孔(20)の案内壁(30)と前記ポンプピストン(22)のピストン周面(28)との間に、画成されたピストン遊び(32)が設けられており、該ピストン遊び(32)を通って、前記ポンプピストン(22)の作動時に、漏れ燃料が前記運動軸線(26)に対して平行に前記圧力室(18)から流出し、前記ピストン周面(28)は、流れる前記漏れ燃料と共働して、前記ポンプピストン(22)を、前記運動軸線(26)を中心にして回転させる表面構造(34)を有している、請求項1記載の燃料高圧ポンプ(10)。
- 前記表面構造(34)は、前記ポンプピストン(22)の前記運動軸線(26)に対して平行に前記ピストン周面(28)にわたって延びており、前記表面構造(34)は、特に完全に前記ピストン周面(28)の長さ(L)にわたって前記運動軸線(26)に対して平行に延びている、請求項2記載の燃料高圧ポンプ(10)。
- 前記表面構造(34)は、前記ピストン周面(28)に螺旋形に配置されており、前記表面構造(34)の螺旋ピッチ(40)は、好ましくは、該螺旋ピッチ(40)が前記ポンプピストン(22)の周囲(U)の周りに最大で一回だけ螺旋を描くような大きさである、請求項2または3記載の燃料高圧ポンプ(10)。
- 平行に配置された複数の螺旋形の前記表面構造(34)、好ましくは、少なくとも4つの前記表面構造(34)が、前記ピストン周面(28)に配置されている、請求項4記載の燃料高圧ポンプ(10)。
- 前記螺旋形の表面構造(34)は、連続した螺旋(35)によって、または中断された螺旋(35)によって形成されている、請求項4または5記載の燃料高圧ポンプ(1)。
- 前記表面構造(34)は、前記ピストン周面(28)内に凹んでいるレリーフ(36)として形成されており、該レリーフ(36)は、特にレーザ切削によってピストン周面(28)内に形成されている、請求項2から6までのいずれか1項記載の燃料高圧ポンプ(10)。
- 前記凹んでいるレリーフ(36)の深さ(T)は、2μm〜5μmの範囲にある、請求項7記載の燃料高圧ポンプ(10)。
- 前記案内孔(20)は、前記案内孔(20)の前記案内壁(30)の円筒形偏差および/または表面荒さが最大でμm範囲にある最適な円筒として形成されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の燃料高圧ポンプ(10)。
- 前記案内孔(20)の前記案内壁(30)と前記ポンプピストン(22)の前記ピストン周面(28)との間のピストン遊び(32)が、4μm未満、好ましくは3.5μm未満、特に好ましくは2μm〜3μmの間にある、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の燃料高圧ポンプ(10)。
