Description
動力伝達装置(例えば、実施形態における動力伝達装置PT。以下、同じ。)の筐体(例えば、実施形態におけるトランスミッションケース31。以下、同じ。)の内部に配置されたファイナルドリブンギヤ(例えば、実施形態におけるファイナルドリブンギヤ42。以下、同じ。)を前記筐体に対して回転自在に軸支する軸受(例えば、実施形態における第1軸受BRG1。以下、同じ。)を潤滑する動力伝達装置の潤滑構造であって、
前記筐体の内部に配置されている内蔵部品(例えば、実施形態における第2軸受BRG2。以下、同じ。)に潤滑油を供給する潤滑油供給機構(例えば、実施形態における排出機構64。以下、同じ。)と、前記筐体内であって前記軸受よりも上方に位置するバッフル(例えば、実施形態におけるバッフルプレート67。以下。同じ。)とを備え、
前記バッフルは、前記潤滑油を上方から前記軸受に導く筒状の供給油路(例えば、実施形態における供給油路67a。以下。同じ。)と、前記供給油路の上方に配置され、前記ファイナルドリブンギヤが掻き上げた前記潤滑油を受け止めて、前記供給油路に導く潤滑油受面(例えば、実施形態における潤滑油受面67b。以下。同じ。)とを有し、
前記潤滑油供給機構は、前記供給油路に前記潤滑油を供給することを特徴とする。
前記筐体の内部には、前記ファイナルドリブンギヤの上方で、前記バッフルに隣接するように、ギヤ(例えば、実施形態におけるファイナルドライブギヤ36。以下。同じ。)が配置され、
前記潤滑油受面は、前記ギヤの歯部に隣接させて配置されていることが好ましい。
前記筐体は、少なくともトランスミッション側ケース部材(例えば、実施形態におけるTM側ケース部材62。以下。同じ。)と、トルクコンバータ側ケース部材(例えば、実施形態におけるTC側ケース部材61。以下。同じ。)とを備え、
前記軸受は、前記トルクコンバータ側ケース部材に設けられ、
前記潤滑油供給機構は、前記トランスミッション側ケース部材に設けられていることが好ましい。
前記バッフルは、前記供給油路の側面に開口部(例えば、実施形態における第1開口部67a1。以下、同じ。)を有し、
前記潤滑油供給機構は、前記潤滑油を吐出する吐出口(例えば、実施形態における吐出口64a1。以下、同じ。)を有し、
前記吐出口の先端部は、前記開口部を介して前記供給油路に挿入されているように構成してもよい。
Claims (4)
- 動力伝達装置の筐体の内部に配置されたファイナルドリブンギヤを前記筐体に対して回転自在に軸支する軸受を潤滑する動力伝達装置の潤滑構造であって、
前記筐体の内部に配置されている内蔵部品に潤滑油を供給する潤滑油供給機構と、前記筐体内であって前記軸受よりも上方に位置するバッフルとを備え、
前記バッフルは、前記潤滑油を上方から前記軸受に導く筒状の供給油路と、前記供給油路の上方に配置され、前記ファイナルドリブンギヤが掻き上げた前記潤滑油を受け止めて、前記供給油路に導く潤滑油受面とを有し、
前記潤滑油供給機構は、前記供給油路に前記潤滑油を供給することを特徴とする動力伝達装置の潤滑構造。 - 請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置の潤滑構造において、
前記筐体の内部には、前記ファイナルドリブンギヤの上方で、前記バッフルに隣接するように、ギヤが配置され、
前記潤滑油受面は、前記ギヤの歯部に隣接させて配置されていることを特徴とする動力伝達装置の潤滑構造。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の動力伝達装置の潤滑構造において、
前記筐体は、少なくともトランスミッション側ケース部材と、トルクコンバータ側ケース部材とを備え、
前記軸受は、前記トルクコンバータ側ケース部材に設けられ、
前記潤滑油供給機構は、前記トランスミッション側ケース部材に設けられていることを特徴とする動力伝達装置の潤滑構造。 - 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の動力伝達装置の潤滑構造において、
前記バッフルは、前記供給油路の側面に開口部を有し、
前記潤滑油供給機構は、前記潤滑油を吐出する吐出口を有し、
前記吐出口の先端部は、前記開口部を介して前記供給油路に挿入されていることを特徴とする動力伝達装置の潤滑構造。
