したがって、本発明のスラスト軸受付構造体によれば、組み付け時には、誤った組み付けを阻止することができ、組み付け後には、被供給部材に十分な量の潤滑流体を安定して供給することができる。
Claims (2)
- 同一の回転中心軸線を中心として相対的に回転可能な第1部材及び第2部材と、前記第1部材と前記第2部材との間に配置されている環状のスラスト軸受とを備えるスラスト軸受付構造体であって、
前記スラスト軸受の内部に潤滑流体を供給する供給機構と、前記スラスト軸受から排出された前記潤滑流体が供給される被供給部材と、規制部材とを備え、
前記スラスト軸受は、前記第1部材に当接している環状の第1レースと、前記第2部材に当接している環状の第2レースと、前記第1レースと前記第2レースとの間に配置されている転動体とを有し、
前記被供給部材は、前記スラスト軸受の径方向外側で、前記第2レースに対向するように配置され、
前記規制部材は、前記スラスト軸受の径方向外側で、前記第2レースよりも前記転動体側、且つ、前記第1レース又は前記転動体に対向する位置に配置され、
前記第2レースは、径方向外側に突出している軸受側突出部を有し、
前記規制部材の前記第1レース又は前記転動体に対向する部分の少なくとも一部は、前記軸受側突出部の先端よりも径方向内側に位置し、
前記被供給部材は、前記第2レースの前記第1レース側とは反対側に、径方向内側に突出している被供給部材側突出部と、前記規制部材と前記被供給部材側突出部との間に位置し、前記スラスト軸受の径方向外側で前記軸受側突出部に対向する受止部とを有し、
前記受止部には、前記スラスト軸受から排出されて供給された前記潤滑流体を潤滑対象物に導く油路が設けられていることを特徴とするスラスト軸受付構造体。 - 請求項1に記載のスラスト軸受付構造体において、
前記被供給部材側突出部の先端は、前記軸受側突出部の先端よりも径方向外側に位置していることを特徴とするスラスト軸受付構造体。
