前記供給パイプは、第1主管路(例えば、実施形態における第1主管路L1。以下、同じ。)と、前記第1主管路に接続されている中間管路(例えば、実施形態における中間管路LM。以下、同じ。)と、前記中間管路に接続されている第2主管路(例えば、実施形態における第2主管路L2。以下、同じ。)とを有し、
前記第1主管路は、複数の前記内蔵部品のうち前記潤滑流体を供給する優先順位の高い優先部品(例えば、実施形態におけるアイドル軸35。以下、同じ。)に接続され、
前記第2主管路は、複数の前記内蔵部品のうち前記潤滑流体を供給する優先順位の低い非優先部品(例えば、実施形態におけるフロントデファレンシャルギヤ4及び第2軸受BRG2。以下、同じ。)に接続され、
前記第1主管路の前記中間管路に対する接続部分の流路底面(例えば、実施形態における第1高さH1。以下、同じ。)は、前記中間管路の流路底面のうち最も高い位置に位置する流路底面(例えば、実施形態における第2高さH2。以下、同じ。)よりも低く、
前記中間管路にオリフィス(例えば、実施形態における第1オリフィスLMa。以下、同じ。)が形成されていることを特徴とする。
前記第1主管路と前記中間管路とがなす角度(例えば、実施形態における第1角度θ1。以下、同じ。)は、前記第1主管路の前記中間管路との接続部分よりも上流側の部分(例えば、実施形態における上流部L11。以下、同じ。)と下流側の部分(例えば、実施形態における下流部L12。以下、同じ。)とがなす角度(例えば、実施形態における第2角度θ2。以下、同じ。)よりも小さいことが好ましい。
前記中間管路の少なくとも上流端部は、前記第1主管路から上方に向かって延びることが好ましい。
前記オリフィスの断面積は、前記第1主管路の断面積よりも小さく設定されていることが好ましい。
前記第2主管路には、前記非優先部品に接続されている分岐管路(例えば、実施形態における第1分岐管路L21及び第2分岐管路L22。以下、同じ。)を有し、
前記オリフィスの断面積は、前記第2主管路の最小断面積(例えば、実施形態における第1オリフィスLMaの断面積。以下、同じ。)及び前記分岐管路の最小断面積(例えば、実施形態における第2オリフィスL2aの断面積、第3オリフィスL2bの断面積及び第4オリフィスL2cの断面積。以下、同じ。)の総和よりも大きく設定されていることが好ましい。
Claims (6)
- 動力伝達装置の筐体の内部に配置されている複数の内蔵部品に供給パイプを介して潤滑流体を供給する動力伝達装置の潤滑流体供給構造であって、
前記供給パイプは、第1主管路と、前記第1主管路に接続されている中間管路と、前記中間管路に接続されている第2主管路とを有し、
前記第1主管路は、複数の前記内蔵部品のうち前記潤滑流体を供給する優先順位の高い優先部品に接続され、
前記第2主管路は、複数の前記内蔵部品のうち前記潤滑流体を供給する優先順位の低い非優先部品に接続され、
前記第1主管路の前記中間管路に対する接続部分の流路底面は、前記中間管路の流路底面のうち最も高い位置に位置する流路底面よりも低く、
前記中間管路にオリフィスが形成されていることを特徴とする動力伝達装置の潤滑流体供給構造。 - 請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置の潤滑流体供給構造において、
前記第1主管路と前記中間管路とがなす角度は、前記第1主管路の前記中間管路との接続部分よりも上流側の部分と下流側の部分とがなす角度よりも小さいことを特徴とする動力伝達装置の潤滑流体供給構造。 - 請求項2に記載の動力伝達装置の潤滑流体供給構造において、
前記第1主管路の前記中間管路との接続部分よりも下流側の部分は、上流側の部分に対して直線状に延設されていることを特徴とする動力伝達装置の潤滑流体供給構造。 - 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の動力伝達装置の潤滑流体供給構造において、
前記中間管路の前記第1主管路に対する接続部分は、水平方向よりも上方に向かって延設されていることを特徴とする動力伝達装置の潤滑流体供給構造。 - 請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の動力伝達装置の潤滑流体供給構造において、
前記オリフィスの断面積は、前記第1主管路の断面積よりも小さく設定されていることを特徴とする動力伝達装置の潤滑流体供給構造。 - 請求項5に記載の動力伝達装置の潤滑流体供給構造において、
前記第2主管路には、前記非優先部品に接続されている分岐管路を有し、
前記オリフィスの断面積は、前記第2主管路の最小断面積及び前記分岐管路の最小断面積の総和よりも大きく設定されていることを特徴とする動力伝達装置の潤滑流体供給構造。
