Mn:0.5%以下、
S :0.05%以下、
Ni:31〜36%、
Co:2〜6.5%、
Al:0.01〜0.03%、
Mg:0〜0.05%、
Ca:0〜0.02%、
Ce:0〜0.05%、
La:0〜0.05%、
Ti:0〜0.05%、
B :0.001〜0.02%、及び
N :0.0050%以下
を含有し、残部がFe及び不可避的不純物であり、
18〜28℃における平均熱膨張係数が0.2×10-6/℃以下であり、
900℃における引張試験で測定した絞りが50%以上である
ことを特徴とする低熱膨張合金。
