Abstract
【解決手段】温度ヒューズは、環状をなし、径方向の内外に並んでいる絶縁部及び導電部を備え、該導電部は、熱可溶体により形成されている。電気接続箱は、スイッチング素子が実装された回路基板と、該回路基板を収容する収容体と、前記スイッチング素子に接続され、第1孔が貫設された導電板と、平板状をなし、第2孔が貫設されており、前記導電板に対向する端子と、前記導電板及び端子に軸方向にて挟まれた請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の温度ヒューズと、該温度ヒューズ、前記第1孔及び前記第2孔に挿通される軸状の挿通体とを備える。

Description
スイッチング素子は、電源と負荷との接続を継断する。制御素子は、スイッチング素子のオンオフを制御する。スイッチング素子がオンの場合、電源からスイッチング素子を通して負荷へ電流が流れる。スイッチング素子がオフの場合、スイッチング素子に電流が流れないので、電源と負荷との接続が切断される。
最初に本発明の実施態様を列挙して説明する。以下に記載する実施形態の少なくとも一部を任意に組み合わせてもよい。
本発明の実施形態に係る温度ヒューズ及び電気接続箱の具体例を、以下に図面を参照しつつ説明する。なお、本発明はこれらの例示に限定されるものではなく、特許請求の範囲によって示され、特許請求の範囲と均等の意味および範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれることが意図される。
図1は、実施形態1における電気接続箱の模式的な外観斜視図である。
図中1は電気接続箱である。電気接続箱1は車載される。電気接続箱1は、電源(例えばメインバッテリ。不図示)と第1の負荷(例えばヘッドランプ又はワイパ。不図示)とを接続する電気回路の中途に設けられる。電源には、第2の負荷(例えばスタータ。不図示)が直接的に接続されている。電気接続箱1は、電源から第2の負荷に大きな電流が流れる場合に電源と第1の負荷との接続を遮断することによって、第1の負荷を大きな電流の悪影響から保護する。
蓋体22は矩形皿状をなす。蓋体22が枠体21の一方の開口(図中上側の開口)を閉塞することによって、収容体2が形成される。
以下の説明では、図中の上下方向を電気接続箱1の上下方向とする。
バスバー12は導電性を有する。バスバー12は、例えばZ型に折り曲げられた1枚の金属板である。バスバー12は、3つの矩形平板121〜123を有する。矩形平板121,122は、矩形平板123の互いに対向する2辺部に垂直に突設されている。矩形平板121,122夫々の突出方向は、互いに逆向きである。
ヒートシンク13は熱伝導性が高く、例えば金属製である。ヒートシンク13は矩形平板状をなす。バスバー12の矩形平板122の下面とヒートシンク13の上面とは、例えば熱硬化性を有する合成樹脂製の接着剤(不図示)によって接着される。この接着剤が硬化することによって、バスバー12とヒートシンク13との間に接着層(不図示)が形成される。この接着層は、電気絶縁性を有し、バスバー12からヒートシンク13への熱伝導を妨げない。
なお、ヒートシンク13の下面に放熱フィンが設けられてもよい。
実施形態1では、温度ヒューズ4は欠落のない環状であるが、温度ヒューズ4は、C字状等一部が欠落した環状であってもよい。
以下、実施形態2について、実施形態1と異なる点を説明する。後述する構成を除く他の構成については、実施形態1と共通しているため、実施形態1と共通する構成部には実施形態1と同一の参照符号を付してその説明を省略する。

Claims (6)
- 環状をなし、
径方向の内外に並んでいる絶縁部及び導電部を備え、
該導電部は、熱可溶体により形成されている
温度ヒューズ。 - 前記絶縁部は、2つあり、
前記導電部は、前記2つの絶縁部に挟まれている
請求項1に記載の温度ヒューズ。 - 一部が欠落した環状である請求項1又は請求項2に記載の温度ヒューズ。
- 前記絶縁部及び導電部を軸方向において挟み、貫通孔が設けられた2枚の電極板を備える請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか一つに記載の温度ヒューズ。
- 前記電極板又は前記絶縁部には、孔が貫設されている請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか一つに記載の温度ヒューズ。
- スイッチング素子が実装された回路基板と、
該回路基板を収容する収容体と、
前記スイッチング素子に接続され、第1孔が貫設された導電板と、
平板状をなし、第2孔が貫設されており、前記導電板に対向する端子と、
前記導電板及び端子に軸方向にて挟まれた請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の温度ヒューズと、
該温度ヒューズ、前記第1孔及び前記第2孔に挿通される軸状の挿通体と
を備える電気接続箱。
