Abstract
Description
水または有機溶媒をプローブ液として用い、成膜した撥水撥油膜の表面に滴下し、撥水撥油膜に対するプローブ液の静的接触角を測定した。なお、プローブ液として用いた有機溶媒は、BN:ブロモナフタレン、DIM:ジヨードメタン、EG:エチレングリコール、BtOH:ブタノール、EtOH:エタノールである。測定は、試料の表面の5箇所に液滴を滴下して測定値を5点採取し、その平均値を測定結果として表3に示した。また、比較例として、樹脂層のみの膜、従来公知の膜としてポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)板の表面の静的接触角を測定し、併記した。なお、表3の単位は、°(degree)である。
実施例1に係る撥水撥油膜を用いて、耐熱性試験を行った。条件1(試験前)、条件2(350℃〜370℃で1時間処理)、条件3(400℃〜420℃で1時間処理)の試料を準備し、各試料の表面について水滴の付着試験を行い、耐熱性評価の指標とした。水滴付着試験の様子をそれぞれ図12A〜12D,図13A〜13D,図14A〜14Dに示す。なお、各図の添え字Aは、水滴の付着前、添え字Bは水滴が試料に接した時点、添え字Cは水滴を試料から引き離す直前、添え字Dは、水滴を試料から引き離した後の画像であることを示している。また、各図の参照番号51はディスペンサ、参照番号52は水滴、参照番号531〜533はそれぞれ条件1〜3の試料表面を示している。また、下向きの矢印は水滴52を試料の表面に近づけている様子を示し、上向きの矢印は水滴52を試料の表面から遠ざけている様子を示している。

Claims (9)
- シリコン原子に結合する側鎖基R1にフッ素原子を有さないシリコーン(T2m+6(m≧1)構造のオルガノシルセスキオキサンを除く)を含む樹脂層と、
シリコン原子に結合する炭化水素基R2を有するT2m+6(m≧1)構造のオルガノシルセスキオキサンとを含み、
前記オルガノシルセスキオキサンの少なくとも一部は、前記樹脂層の表面に露出している撥水撥油膜。 - 前記シリコーンのハンセン溶解度パラメータは、分散項δDが10MPa1/2以上かつ15MPa1/2以下であり、分極項δPが0MPa1/2以上かつ5MPa1/2以下であり、水素結合項δHが0MPa1/2以上かつ5MPa1/2以下である請求項1に記載の撥水撥油膜。
- 前記シリコーンは、側鎖基R1としてCnH2n+1(n≧1)を含む請求項1または2に記載の撥水撥油膜。
- 前記シリコーンは、側鎖基R1としてメタルオキシド基を含む請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の撥水撥油膜。
- 前記オルガノシルセスキオキサンは、T8構造である請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の撥水撥油膜。
- 前記オルガノシルセスキオキサンの炭化水素基R2は、CkH2k+1(k≧1)である請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の撥水撥油膜。
- 前記オルガノシルセスキオキサンの炭化水素基R2は、メチル基である請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の撥水撥油膜。
- 前記シリコーンは、側鎖基R1としてメチル基およびメタルオキシド基を含み、
前記オルガノシルセスキオキサンは、オクタメチルシルセスキオキサンである請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の撥水撥油膜。 - 前記樹脂層の表面に、前記オルガノシルセスキオキサンからなる撥水撥油層が積層されている請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の撥水撥油膜。
