Claims (9)
- アモルファス磁性薄帯で形成された内側鉄心と、該内側鉄心の立設方向に対する奥行き方向の両側に、該内側鉄心を挟むように配置されケイ素鋼板で形成された外側鉄心とを備えていることを特徴とする静止誘導電器用鉄心。
- 請求項1に記載の静止誘導電器用鉄心において、
前記内側鉄心は、前記アモルファス磁性薄帯が巻回された巻鉄心であり、前記外側鉄心は、前記ケイ素鋼板が一定量ずらしながら積層された積鉄心であることを特徴とする静止誘導電器用鉄心。 - 請求項2に記載の静止誘導電器用鉄心において、
前記積鉄心は、その角部にステップラップ接合部が形成されていることを特徴とする静止誘導電器用鉄心。 - 請求項2に記載の静止誘導電器用鉄心において、
前記積鉄心の角部の外周側に曲率を持たせるか、或いは前記積鉄心の角部を一部切り落としたことを特徴とする静止誘導電器用鉄心。 - 請求項2に記載の静止誘導電器用鉄心において、
前記巻鉄心と前記積鉄心との間に、絶縁材が介在されていることを特徴とする静止誘導電器用鉄心。 - 請求項2に記載の静止誘導電器用鉄心において、
前記積鉄心の最外周と前記巻鉄心の最内周の間に、ケイ素鋼板が配置されていることを特徴とする静止誘導電器用鉄心。 - 請求項3に記載の静止誘導電器用鉄心において、
前記ステップラップ接合部の前記ケイ素鋼板間に形成されるギャップは、前記巻鉄心と前記積鉄心の磁気抵抗が同一となるギャップ長であることを特徴とする静止誘導電器用鉄心。 - 請求項2に記載の静止誘導電器用鉄心において、
前記積鉄心であるヨーク部を二分割し、二分割することで形成される鉄心接合部にギャップを設けたことを特徴とする静止誘導電器用鉄心。 - 請求項2に記載の静止誘導電器用鉄心において、
前記巻鉄心と前記積鉄心との間に、荷重分散用のガイドを設けたことを特徴とする静止誘導電器用鉄心。
